Shrimp with heads on are the only way to eat them…think about it folks, people cook crawdads with heads on…I love sucking on the shrimp heads as much as I love sucking on crawdads heads after I pinch the tail off…btw, my mom was a great cook and she was the one that used to feed me pepper leaves.
I always go for head on, I feel the meat absorbs more flavor, and yeah the head holds in all the spicy juices!! I also think they hold a better texture.

Made some mini pizzas. The sauce was part tomato part roasted red pepper like I usually do for pasta. Cut some Spanish chorizo thin and used it as my pepperoni and threw some roasted garlic on one of them. Yummy grease cups part 1 of this dough had been fermenting in my fridge for like 5 days. Whoops. Froze the rest.
The food looks great. Shrimp are best with heads on.

I try not to snack, so I have to run less… but when I do, it’s the most unhealthy, probably chocolate bs you can imagine lol.
Anything deep fried add cheese
