Tonight’s master piece of quisine Fried eggs and plain breakfast sausages and toast, yes lovely toast. Only 17 grams of carbs per slice so no raspberries or yoghurt tonight . It was as worth it, you cant have fried eggs without toast.
Every grocery store around here has only done the beyond meat sausages with either medium or hot Italian flavouring, which I hate, sorry Italians.

13 gloves of garlic minced
3 teaspoons

1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Why not start making kombucha? It’s really easy, and if you can’t find someone to give you a scoby you can always make one.
Those are my favourites, really want to try brewing up something with fresh turmeric and ginger. After I moved a year and a half ago, I pretty much stopped fermenting stuff altogether and really miss making sauerkraut and kombucha the most.
