Those are Tempura Green Beans.
My Japan/sushi restaurant is shutdown. Needed a tempura fix.
Portuguese egg tarts.
Was hoping for a browner top but the pastry would have burned before it got there.
Iâm not sure if I can pronounce it but I sure think I could eat it. Is that a hot sauce on it or a fruit sauce⌠looks tasty. Was it prepared on the grill?
Nice looking roast @Foreigner. I made a couple of pot beef stews this winter that were so good. I havenât done that in years. Nothing like a pot dinner.
Thanks gman!
I didnât make it but man it was good. The skin was perfect crisp/puff/salt.
it´s Shashlik in englishâŚi made em in a pan,but you can grill em as well. it´s marinated with a spicy(not that hot) sauce. these are made of pork, onion and bell pepper, but one can use liver, beef,chicken/turkey,meatballs or vegetables. give it a try, @GMan
We have a lot of turkey around here. I have them come into the yard on occasion. I heard some the other day near the house but never saw them. Theyâre really large here. I think I want to get a bow and arrow and maybe get lucky sometime. You donât see them when itâs time to eat them. 2 years ago I got up the morning after Christmas And there were 26 in my front yard. Itâs like they knew nobody wants a Christmas turkey the day after Christmas. heh
