Thanksgiving (Canada) dinner (leftovers)… I do think we need bigger plates! The Turkey, squash, coloured carrots and peas, beans and bacon, herb turnips, beets for the beet mandarin salad and the potatoes for mashed potatoes is from our hobby farm!

Yes, but I have to make them thinner somehow…maybe not mix onions/jalapeno in my egg batter but it added so much flavor to my wraps.
More like a crape than an omlet I guess, I usually have cheese, mushroom, onion and garlic in my omlets, I usually caramalize the onions, garlic and mushrooms first, before adding the eggs and cream.

I used to do that also but I’ve found that using it at its raw form without sauteing I get a more pronounced flavors from the onions/jalapenos in my omelets…
I have a small smoked ham hock that I’m gonna throw in my crock pot with veggies from my garden…mushrooms were store bought.
