Can’t go wrong with some Thai food I like pad see ew but slightly prefer “drunken noodles” both are super bomb though

I feel so good after I eat pho too. Probably all the broth. I get mine loaded (tripe, liver, tendon, brisket, beef flank), extra spicy

Invited to dinner with a couple chef friends. We had a lot of fun. Started with a bottle of 2019 red blend from Southern Rhone and moved into a 2017 Provenance Vineyards Diamond District Cabernet (California). Pictured is Wagyu, seared beautifully rare with pan seared scallops, bone marrow fried rice topped with pineapple an cucumber slaw.
