BBQ turkey smash
It all started last night when I decided to make broth…
Then I got sidetracked
Until I got my act together for soup, coupled with some fresh baked bread.
Fellet Mignon, bacon, onions, garlic rendered in a sugar balsamic. Fresh Asperegus drizzled in olive oil and balsamic vinegar with cracked kosher salt and pepper. Along with a cheese stuffed tortellini in a 4 cheese cream sauce

Oh yeah… and a ceasar salad
that sounds good right about now.
Looks really good too. A medium fillet is the way for me. Love a good steak.
That is an especially good looking meal! My stomach is rumbling now lol
“What do stoners eat?”
This one,
Hemp
Mostly.
That looks like yorkshire pudding, you need gravy on those not lemon curd
Last nights meal was swiss cheese and mushroom pasty with left over cauliflower cheese and mashed taters.
@Shadey, Good eyes! Popovers are the sweet equivalent of Yorkshire pudding. No beef fat or drippings in popovers. And for someone like me, who has a sweet tooth bigger than his head, they’re an absolute delight!
I love yorkshire puddings, in fact I requested toad in the hole for this Sunday. They are also really amazing with cheese fondue
This morning’s breakfast - praise the lard and pass the egg and potatoes!
It was delicious! Now, where’s that Arjan Haze…
Wow, you have all the food groups represented. Hungry now!
All of us in the house are decent cooks, we take turns… some have more turns than others
Something Beautiful is about to happen this morning…
Paired with mimosas… the perfect lazy snowy stuff yourself and be content kinda day
I suspect something beautifully delicious!
Oh man…one of my faves!!! Look scrumptious!
Popovers are basically Yorkshire puddings made with butter and sometimes a bit of sugar instead of drippings… Used like bread, or as a dessert here…
And some sausage patties to round things out!
