Made a Mushroom Stroganoff made from 3 kinds of mushrooms ,with Orecchiette pasta…didn’t get any pictures…sorry. But it was SOO good!!

Haha I honestly thought it was a hotdog bowl until saw the bit of bread peaking on the left side. No hate here, that’s how I eat my dogs’ too.

Yesterday was the wife’s telecommute day, so there was time to make popovers. I love lemons (Lemon Kush is one of my favorite varities of our favorite shrub!) and generally have a jar of homemade lemon curd in the refrigerator. Seriously delicious and both are relatively easy to make.
