That looks like yorkshire pudding, you need gravy on those not lemon curd
Last nights meal was swiss cheese and mushroom pasty with left over cauliflower cheese and mashed taters.

@Shadey , Good eyes! Popovers are the sweet equivalent of Yorkshire pudding. No beef fat or drippings in popovers. And for someone like me, who has a sweet tooth bigger than his head, they’re an absolute delight!

Popovers are basically Yorkshire puddings made with butter and sometimes a bit of sugar instead of drippings… Used like bread, or as a dessert here…
