Happy Christmas everyone. Our Christmas dinner on Christmas eve was Chicken for Mrs Shadey and the dogs, I had veggie burger on crut stuffed with mushrooms, onions and cheese with cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire puddings, little roast potatoes with basil and rosemary, masked potatoes, roasted carrots and brussel sprouts, peas, stuffing and gravey. Followed by triffle.
Mrs Shadey still thinks she is cooking for the whole family lol about enough for 3 meals each here.
Is that veggie bacon
Turkey bacon
Baked in the oven
“Baked in the oven.”
Isn’t baconed in the oven the past tense of bacon? Oh, wait, no, I guess not. The past tense of bacon is “That was delicious!”
Hexmas dinner was beef sausage, mashed potatos with cilantro crema, bacon, steamed broccoli with cheddar and bacon mayo with a single hardboiled egg.
