Didnāt have croutons, ran outa cheez it so I had to improvise and use cracklings folks, it did the job and it actually tasted great with my salad.

My wife makes āspinachā triangles tooā¦ not with cannabis leavesā¦ but pretty much any other hearty green that comes into the house. I think my favorite was amaranth leaves. Do you put sumac in yours?

Iāve had amaranth a couple times I found it growing wild.
I usually put sumac, but was out of it when I made those so I just used some allspice instead. I didnāt have onions at the time either; which for me is rare, cause I always have onions! Lol, so I put some tomato.
Now Iām having a late night craving 
wish I didnāt eat all the ones in the freezer
