I used a mold from Hobby Lobby and some of my candy bars were over an inch in thickness. Place the silicone mold on a sturdy plastic tray before adding the liquid chocolate. The silicone mold will buckle upon lifting and chocolate goes everywhere. Use a tray and you can lift the mold easily and store on rack in the freezer.
