Last night’s meal was 2 veggy burgers 2 fried eggs, and caramelized onions and mushrooms with spme 5 year old baldersan cheese.
Filet mignon cooked in the Tallow I rendered before. Very mild smoke for a 350-420f temperature during searing. Cooked until red in my cast iron and pulled off heat immediately after finishing with butter. Absolutely delicious
No meat Wednesday…friend made it…for something so simple it was really tasty…she used those Texas toast breads.
There’s something odd about my weed…
The first thing that popped into my head was… Hot pepper roulette
where one of those ‘toasted delights’ is hiding a surprise…
