Steak tonight. Just bought one for me, the fam is jealous, lol. I can’t be spending $130 for 5 of us to have steak, so i spent $25 for me, im on holidays as of today and was craving some good red meat.

Fried in olive oil, then basted and flipped in real butter, Rosemary and garlic. Spooned over and flipped over 8-10 mins. Perfect.
