I get free beef, pork, and chicken/duck eggs in my small town because I supply them yearly with my homemade strains to growā¦my way of Overgrow the world folksā¦this year I have 7 different homemade strains for them to growā¦
I could probably do a trade here with some farmers, if they werenāt so damned uptight about weed hereā¦ but a bar on every corner-- even out here by the farms!!

I usually buy the frozen ones you nuke for a few secondsā¦but at $1 each, and 4 of us-- it gets priceyā¦

This is my 2nd attempt to find the right recipe, boil time etcā¦
They donāt raise the way Iād like-- so next time, more yeast- and NOT using my bread maker to mix/raise the doughā¦
My arthritis will not be happy- but if it works better- itās worth it!
Last nightās dinner was a reverse seared ribeye, baked potato with sour cream, along with steamed & heavily buttered cauliflower. The steak weighed in at 1lb 4+oz. Thatās 3 meals for me. It was all delicious!
Out of the oven but no sear yet.
In the pan with a seared side up. I also did the edges, particularly the fatty edge. I loves me some crispified fat along with each bite of muscle. Iām not a fan of reheated fat, even if its crisp, so that was part of my meal last night.
Plated. I forgot to buy chives at the store yesterday, dang it. And no longer having a driverās license, I canāt just pop over to the store any longer. Still, Iām glad I gave it up. I was so worried about being out of practice driving and would injure someone.
