It was Chinese take out for us tonight (and tomorrow night). Hot and Sour Soup (Mrs. mota), Won Ton Soup (me), Foil Wrapped Chicken, Steamed Pork Ribs, Fried Shrimp and Pork Dumplings and Fried Egg Custard Buns. It was all delicious.

The night before last and lastnights meal were a goats cheese, walnut, beetroot, hot peppers and field greens salad, and a egg salad toasted sour dough sandwhich,

Fries eggs, fried potatoes and toast.

Thank you, this was made with a different sourdough start. The 1847 Oregon trail start. It turned out really good. And tastes wonderful. I just had buttered toast… later I’m thinking a ham and mustard sandwich…we haven’t bought sliced bread for a good while now. It’s nice.
