Ok, last day of goose season was yesterday…we got these Friday morning last week…my freezer is full of geese and still have veggies from last years garden…I’m all stocked up for this snow storm that’s coming tonight/tomorrow.

Cheers for the recipe. One of my fave that I miss as a veggie, going to try and make these with veggie sausages, the beyond meat ones should work OK I would think.

Looks good, I rarely eat breakfast but this snowy storm morning I decided to have some chickens & waffle…I didn’t want to get too full because it’s my party day and I plan on boozing with the townspeople at my local bar later this afternoon…
