Baked mozzarella cheese sandwiches with milk/tomato soup. Used the air fryer. It was a good stoner move.
I watched 2 hours of, quick 15 minute meals in a air fryer, on YouTube last night. Even got some good keto ideas I never would have thought about.
Thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone
@Kushking902 no its the the 8th buddy you have lost a week somewhere
It was thanks
Tonight’s meal was a Vegetable Tikka.
Happy belated Birthday @Shadey
That looked like a very yummy “breakfast for dinner”, warm and cozy kind of meal.
The “death by chocolate” cake for dessert is pretty mouthwatering too.
I hope you totally enjoyed your day…and according to the reading I’ve done it looks like the meal was your favourite and I’m so happy you enjoyed it.
Thank you very much. I did, although it probably spiked my insulin for several hours, about as un keto as you can get lol. It’s more the emotional connection to a favourite meal, than anything else, but it was good
Happy belated birthday…
Beef stew chick roast and ground chuck
Made enough for 2 days lol ,it’s funny before the lockdown bullshit I Hardly ate beef, times change
Looks like your back to normal and got your taste buds back bromigo…
I hate it when that happens lol. I misread your post, 2nd night of backshift has me all messed up lol
Lol yeah I struggle to know what day it is most of the time.

I always put my pizza on this rack so the air flows under the pizza, I hate soggy pizza crust…btw, it’s no meat Friday…mushrooms, onions, green peppers & paper thin sliced garlic…I have a gadget that can slice garlic paper thin folks…

This is how I roll…I bought 10 of the truffle shavers and have been giving them out as xmas/birthday gifts folks…these are the best gadgets for garlic & ginger…the one on the left is the shit folks, it will slice garlic paper thin and you can adjust the thickness…you can use the one on the right for garlic too…I like using the one on the right for ginger folks…btw, I put my fresh ginger in the freezer so it won’t dry out and last longer…if my dish calls for ginger, I pull out my ginger outa the freezer and use the gadget on the right…believe me these 2 gadget work and it’s quick…
Is that video clip Paul Sorvino from Goodfellas?
yes, it’s the first thing that came to mind when you said you had a gadget to cut them paper thin.
I have a birthday coming up lol
My toy for slicing garlic is an 8" high-carbon chefs knife & a 1000 water stone.
You can put a straight razor edge on it and it will hold it well.
Cheers

They look good, I have a small grinder and blender I use for grinding coffee and dry spices, and has another blade for blending wet stuff which I use for garlic and ginger as curries normally use paste instead of diced, finely chopped.
Never thought of freezing my ginger to stop it drying out, as I usually buy 5 lbs at a time, it has started to by the time I am 75 percent of the way through it, nice tip
To me its quicker instead of using a knife…the very very thin garlic seems like it melts in you’re mouth…the ginger tip I got from my mother…
