Sherpards pie and Irish breads is dinner tonight ,this is cottage pie since there’s no peas or carrots in it lol

Went to a 50th birthday this afternoon, wife wanted a cheeseburger and fries on the way home. I had some fries and then couldn’t be bothered to cook a curry and I wanted a burger.
So found some french baguette in the freezer, toasted with tomato ketchup, english mustard, caramelized onions and mushrooms, cheese and veggie burger, with a home made ginger beer to wash it down. It was very messy lol.

I have recipe for gyro meat someone where on this thread I made a while back,turned out really well
Can’t go wrong with Tika masala it’s the base sauce for a lot of dishes,you could batter some

Sounds really good with fish… it turned out good. I’ll need to look the gyro meat recipe… those are the best. We had them down the street from school everyday for lunch in high-school.
