Some chicken potato thing:
Halifax Donairs.
Beef + paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, oregano, onion and garlic powder. Mixed vigorously, formed into a loaf and let to rest 24 hours in the fridge.
The loaf is sliced and then re-heated. It can be pan fried but I used the toasted oven because i’m not cleaning another pan tonight…
Sauce is sweetened condensed milk, garlic powder and white vinegar also let to set for 24 hours in the fridge.
Diced onion and tomato for garnish and served on steamed pitas in an aluminum foil wrapper.
Wrapping it up gets it all incorporated and easy to stuff in your face. Tonight’s dinner is served with sweet iced tea.

I brought my Irish girl to Scotland lol. (A different Irish girl to my son’s mother but I certainly have a type…irish) She’s not a big drinker. She will get the odd beer which I usually end up finishing for her.
