Looks like we have the same Langostini make of wok, has yours lost any of its non stick surface
Not yet but I have been careful to only use silicone utensils on it. I have others that have lost the surface by using metal or even from cleaning with abrasive pads. 🫤

It’s the best that way like an apple except no core. It’s nice and sour with the sweet flesh.
What about all the rough “hair”…let’s be honest it’s not soft like peach fuzz, do you remove that in the washing process?
