Itās not rough, lol, itās texture. I personally think itās fuzzy. Also really yummy. The only thing I donāt eat on them are the little hard endsā¦

Itās a real sweat and sour tartish taste when you eat them wholeā¦youāll love it. Most people hate the little hairs though. Thatās a big one for people.

Mirepoix or the holy trinity is always a given in my houseā¦when you have these veggies, the dishes you can make are endlessā¦of course I also have garlic/ginger/tomatoesā¦
