Learn something every day. I didn’t know oysters fly. I’ve also never seen 'em served with Parmigiano Reggiano, freshly grated like yours or not.

Is that a different variety of oyster the lemon is on? The shell appears longer and narrower than the full ones.
You know I’m not really sure. We have had a few, not all that many, and they were all served/garnished this way.
Looks good. We have the same brand of jam but I’ve only ever seen it in strawberry
