Lol,… yes. I need to get a box. And make it, then send it as fast as possible. Even though it stays for a while. But can go stale if not sealed up… so I’ll be cooking something up for you in the next week. I still will need to feed the start. Haven’t really been baking at all lately. I got you @blowdout2269

coming your way. If you like it I’ll send more. It’s actually surprising how sour the stuff this starter makes is. It’s what we like about it. Many places add sour taste and sometimes fragrance to their sourdough. We looked and the organic stuff from the waterfront made by hand and all that bs has like 75% of some sour chemical and they add yeast for a larger rise. I mean come on. I guess they are a business and need to make money. Doing it right always puts you in the hole,.
