haven’t had perogies in years. we actually have a store nearby that sells specifically perogies. with the ethnicity of people around here i’m not surprised it has managed to stay open. i like the plain potatoe, but they have sauer kraut ones and stuff like that. .i meant a store not restaurant. they come packaged ready to throw in a pan.
i know this doesn’t count as food but it fuels a smoker so i figured it works posting in here. i’m not the smoker but i’m told this is a large supply that should last a while.
this here is some cut up oak from a bourbon barrel used to smoke specifically beef. there’s a full garbage can of the stuff.
The lady that makes these also does about 18(ish) other flavours, my self imposed ‘mission’ is to work through her whole list…
