nice. we have a lot of gyro shops here but most of them are no good.
That sounds chronic.
One of the best ice cream flavors I had was called Big Daddy Rootbeer and it came from a jewelry/gift card store in a shoddy mall. Not sure why they also sold ice cream but I wasnât about to ask questions.
I went back to the store for weeks until they ran out. I asked where they got the rootbeer ice cream and if theyâd ever have it back in stock but they had no recollection of ever stocking rootbeer ice cream.
Shortly after the mall was bulldozed and a Walmart plaza was erected in itâs place.
If anyone has any information on rootbeer ice cream please let me know.

top secret government operation. there was no ice cream. the shop never existed. as far as youâre concerned there is no such thing as ice cream.
Whew! Thought for a minute I was gonna haveta tell him
Am on getaway, an met up with my besties that I have known for 49 years!
We jut got the sister-act back together the last few years because of miles and lifeâ
But all now back in the same State-- so we try to get together a couple times a yearâŚ
Today was lunch at the Apple Jade, serving both Chinese and Japanese foodâŚthis is their signature sushi-- with shrimp, mango, cream cheese, eel, Masato wrapped in soy paper and topped with spicy crab. Then back to my hotel to swim, and to gab for almost 3 hours!! LOL! And a couple ââOMGââ momentsâafter all these years, just found out at lunch that my bestie Sue was actually me neighbor in Kindergarten and 1st grade!! We played together askids before she moved! Then, when we went and got our swimsuits onâ
Even though we each bought our suits from different places online, and at different timesâALL 3 OF US had bought the SAME SWIMSUIT!!!
Go figure-- !
It looks very delicious. Pardon my lack of refinement but also disturbing to look at. Lol
What is that stuff ?
What is a Bolete?
Kinda looks kinda like some kinda meat paste cooked into loaf. Probably delicious,I would be willin to give her a go
Like a meatloaf slice?
Itâs a type of mushroom that has pores rather than gills. If you look closely at the top picture, youâll see the bottoms of the mushrooms look kind of puffy with holes rather than striated with gills. That is a boleteâs distinguishing feature.
More of a scrapple type thing. Ya know all the stuff that was on the inside. Just a guess
Two very interesting and different interpretations.
