It’s a Michigan thing too…place called Quality Dairy has been selling it that way since the 1960’s…
I always thought it was so weird that our neighbors had bags of milk in their freezer…

Left over meat from BBQ with Kale and mushrooms…
Sautéed onions, peppers and shrooms…
Leftover chicken with veg of choice…
tiny salad shrimp with Nori and red pepper flakes
Boiled egg, bean sprouts and chopped bell peppers…

Didn’t do photo’s…was a pain in the ass without my griddle, or a decent pan…
But made ‘smashburger taco’s’’ tonight…

Mix all your taco seasonings & shredded cheese into raw burger-- then press the meat onto a tortilla and fry it meat-down until almost done, and flip to cook the other side of the tortilla until crisp… drain, fold & fill with choice of toppings…
The meat sticks to the tortilla-- no spilled taco meat or cheese!
I used a mix of Queso Quesadilla and shredded ‘Carolina Reaper Pepper Jack’ on mine, with avocado, lettuce, tomato and Chipotle sauce… Gonna regret it, but so good! :yum: :taco: :hot_pepper:

One of my favorite sandwiches of all time is sweet honey BBQ pulled pork on garlic butter toasted buns with an over easy egg on top. Ugh gonna be thinking about this till I get it now

Salvadoran empanadas.

Not to be confused with the hearty empanadas enjoyed by every other latin American country, Salvadoran empanadas are a deep fried plantiain dough with a sweet milk filling and are served topped with sugar.

Are those from the trunk of a car in a random parking lot? Thats the traditional way to obtain them. I will drive over sidewalks between parking lots to get to them.

Snow on the ground here in England. A pregnant Mrs needing vitamins. What could be better than a carrot and coriander soup. (with added onion, mixed chillies and red pepper… A pinch of salt and black pepper. Served up with some tiger bread and butter :bread::yum:
