What do stoners eat? šŸ“ (Part 4)

Right?? The mat work isnā€™t as fun to me as the reformer, table, trapeze, and whatnot though. Haha. I have a full reformer deal at home that can be switched to the full table with the trapeze and everything. Itā€™s super fun. No springs on the reformer sounds easiest to most, but you know it definitely isnā€™t. Haha.

Baked Rice Recipe;

Basmati rice ( 2 cups )
Water ( 2 cups )
Large Carrot ( 1 ) or 2 small.
Large Onion ( 1 ) or 2 small.
Celery stock ( 2 to 5 )
Garlic cloves ( 2 to 3 )
Sweet Peppers ( 1 )
Chicken stock ( 2 teaspoons )
Salted/Unsalted Butter ( 2 Tablespoons )

( I didnā€™t have any sweet peppers or fresh Garlic, but usually add them in here, I just added more Dehydrated garlic & peppers )

Club house brand spices: (use what you have)
Lemon & Herbs ( 2 Tablespoons )
Dehydrated Minced Garlic ( 2 Tablespoons )
Roasted Garlic & peppers ( 2 Tablespoons )
Irresistible brand Savory ( 1 Tablespoon )

Directions;

Place 2 cups of uncooked rice in bowl, run cold water over the bowl allowing water to spill over the sides while swishing around the rice in the bowl to get that cloudy starch out, Do this for aprox 10 to 15 min or until most of the cloudy water is gone.

Mince all raw vegetables & place into baking dish.

Take 1 cup of hot water, Place 2 teaspoons of chicken stock & 2 tablespoons of salted/unsalted butter or margarine in hot water untill disolved and pour over vegetables in baking dish & mix.

Sprinkle all seasonings ontop of vegetables, go heavy with the seasoning, you wonā€™t regret!

Drain all cloudy water from rice and place rice ontop of vegetables, DONT MIX.

Add in another 1 cup of cold/warm or hot water, Place cover/lid on baking dish.

Cooking time 40 to 45 min at 400Ā°f in my electric oven.

Remove from oven then mix, notice no water is left and everything is fluffy & yummy. Enjoy!

Additional information;

You can use any vegetables you like and substitute spices or vegetables to your liking.

Once you have baked rice, you wonā€™t eat it any other way!

If you make this, tag me & let me know if you love it.
