scary, I’ve never seen soil mites, bti must kill them. I would have assumed the worst. I do see a ton of pot-worms in my runoff water.
interesting mention of cannabis aphids, I just heard a friend’s garden got hit by them here in Massachusetts, not good, never seen them before
If you zoom in on the insect picture there is also a web strand looking thing coming down 
Soil mites don’t make webs. If you are talking about the line on the bottom picture, I’m pretty sure that is not a web - or at least I have never seen a spider mite web that was one stand, perfectly straight.
