White powdery mildew, what do I do?

How did u get rid of it then?

I tossed all my plants as I needed a new water heater and needed strangers in my house.

So it was a good time to start over.

So I know u said its biotropic. And ive read that too. But how did scharmpit transfer to his flower room then?

It must be able to live dormant on objects?

$50 free shipping…this will last the average grower longer than it’s actual shelf life.

code: FUNGICIDE for 10% off.

There ya go folks. Now you can stop fighting mildew. There’s a million effective options other than Eagle 20.

Anyone here who thinks you can’t get rid of mildew is sadly mistaken. That’s the powdery mildew kool aide. It’s actually incredibly easy to get rid of. Except nobody will listen or do it. Now, that’s the mystery to me.

It’s true PM can be completely eradicated but it’s not as easy as some people make it out to be.

it’s incredibly easy if you just follow the protocol I said you can kiss powdery mildew goodbye in two applications. Why do you and olreynard insist on the disinformation?

Disinformation?
Sorry bud but I’m not going around giving out false hope to people, ask any professional garden that has delt with PM and see if they tell you its a piece of cake.

Yes sulfer works against PM but it’s going to take alot more than just 2 sprays.

If you find it first when you are in deep flower and do not want to risk poisoning your precious buds, try using 1 cup of 3% peroxide in a gallon of water and hose down the entire plant every 3-7 days (or whenever you see the first signs of it returning) until 2 days before harvest and you will save your ganja from those fungal bastards. This is not a cure but it will save your crop, although it may be a little less terpy, but better than ruined.

Here’s the thing, perhaps you misunderstand what we are doing here. This is not a garden outside, we are in a carefully controlled environment. The Grow room. Yes, it is almost too easy to get rid of powdery mildew in your grow room, it just takes two applications. It’s worked every time. In fact… I find it quite humorous when people insist you can’t get rid of powdery mildew considering my weed dealer 20 years ago is the one who told me how to do it and I went home and did the first spray the next day. Never saw that creepy shit again, and I completed the protocol with a second spray. After that I went into bloom and no problem. I wiped it out 20 years ago and the guy who gave it to me on an infected cutting is STILL trying to come to grips with it. The disinformation and misinformation he has feasted on is the exact same info you are typing in here. Where did the misinformation come from? that’s my real question.

Maybe you should work more on your comprehension skills as I’ve never said PM could not be eliminated.

My point has been that PM is more difficult to completely eradicate. I would love to see people on here try your 2 app method and attest to the validity of it.

people have already done it and have come back here on the thread and said it completely eradicated it. you can try it yourself in your grow room it’s incredibly easy. Simple in fact. Like 2 steps. shrugs

IDK. Not trying to pick a fight because everyones garden is different and what is “clean” by one persons standards is “dirty” to another person so when someone says they cleaned everything and it still came back. Well either something has it outside and you keep bringing it back or you didnt clean everything. But if the dude in the story is still struggling it gives credence to the issue being hard to eradicate.

Time will tell if shutting down and cleaning everything worked for me. Will know in a few months. I sure hope it does.

I’d assume If you have a perpetual bloom going that you’re not treating, then It won’t go away. A break in the cycle, cleaning then treating everything completely when in veg could theoretically break the lifecycle. I don’t know on how long the spores can stay dormant in the rest of the environment surrounding the grow area. Cleaning the tent/room out may not fix it if dormant spores are in the rest of the house.
