oh sorry, I wasn’t talking about burning like from IR radiation. Just like a good light overdose, you know where it’s got lots of light then it gets just a bit too much. PRobably only happen on edge cases.
I’m a foil guy. Have been for years. Easy to replace, easy to clean, and seals.

$50 a roll 4ft x 25 ft home depot reflective insulation. Works pretty good. Also traps that cold on block basement walls
I used the fancy foil tape for seams but can use clear or gray duct tape

When i get to that point i will use some diamond myler over a insulation board all sealed up with aluminun tape and dryer vent things to attach duct tubing to vent the room and flow fresh air in thru a filter
Ill use a 12 x 12 shed with acouple of. Gorilla tent flooring 5 x10 so i can manuver around along with enuf lighting and fans and a/c and humidifier etcetera this will be in a year or so when i move north
