Bdsc is in California. I think gaby is in new york and skunk is in montana.
Im down to also trade something to whoever ends up getting the strawberry diesel.
Anything special you guys do when you recieve a clone? Im 3/4 and want to to do everything possible to keep these alive. These last 2 i know where i went wrong with over spraying them with pest prevention. Fried one that died over night and the second one barely pulled through.
Oops, thought this was the DM
Pop it in a small container of your medium, feed it, put it under a dome/cup/Ziploc, and stash it to the side in low light. Just keep popping the bag off for 30 mins at a time. Or you can just get and keep the humidity up in the tent over 75% and be good to go.
These will already be rooted in rockwool so i would plant it and wouldnt do much else for a week or 2 maybe spray it down with some water here and there, but most importantly keep it segregated from other plants until your sure its pest free but i dont fuck with anything until I see new growth and know it likes the new home.
can i just set in perlite? like a small hempy?
@splinter7 If they are not rooted, youāre gonna wanna let them root for 2 to 3 weeks before you transplant them anywhere. Just keep them in the clone tray under the clone dome for 2 to 3 weeks. Keep the rockwool cubes damp, but not wet. I do not spray clones. I spray the bottom of the tray. Water on tray will rise throughout the dome raising humidity without affecting the plants. Lightly crack the vents on the dome. Check the cubes daily for moisture and humidity inside the dome. A few squirts of water per cube when necessary of a spray bottle for me normally. And a few more squirts around the bottom of the tray. The key here is to get roots without growing mold lol. Just keep it lightly dampā¦ After you have roots showing out the bottom, you can transfer it to whatever medium you would like. When we see roots starting to show out the bottom of cube then start removing the dome for periods of time per day for several days. This is known as hardening off the clones. This makes them less sensitive to the garden when you transition them to veg. Just gently lowering the humidity overtime so theyāre used to low humidity when they go to the Veg. area. Cheers !!!
Edit- sorry, guys shouldāve been a private message my bad ā¦
Ok, sounds like what i do.
Yeah they come rooted. I put them in a solo cup with promix and put them in a clone dome with the vents slightly open. My 1st 2 clones i bought went fine but yeah this last time not so much, i know it was a copper fungicide spray which i will omit this time. Just wanted to make sure there wasnt something else i should be doing.
Make some JPS one and done dude. I used it when i had a mite outbreak and it decimated em and only had to do 2 sprays.
All good dude! This is valuable info on how to care for young clones
I also prefer to spray the bottom of tray & inside dome lid, but not directly on the clones. Find I have better success that way
@CaptainRon and @OrganicallyChalenged, and everybody else, thanks you guys, really good info.
JPS? Is this a brand or a mix of things?

Hereās his thread for the āone n doneā treatment
Edit: whoops, douggy beat me to it!
Anyone know if you can use the lower proof everclear? In MN our everclear is only 75% due to regulations.
You want the highproof shit
Are you sending unrooted? Or rather is the sharon being sent unrooted? I thought it coiod be in coco?
That would be a @douggyfresh420 question ? Unfortunately Iām trying another option with a second group. I was a little late on this oneā¦ Cheers !!!
Edit- regardless of whatever medium, you want to grow in your roughly 1 inch Rockwell cube will easily transplant into whatever medium of your choice. Very common starting point for clones Of all types of growing medium.
Weāll have to get your situation figure out brother. Being down in that super hot Texas heat may cause some issues with sending rooted clones. They dont do well in the heat and will die quick. Like i said, may be better off sending a bunch of unrooted snips. They tend to do better with the heat. Unless someone has a better idea.
