Me personally, I love staying at beach hotels. … I never pee in the pool but, if you see me going into the water at the beach, I’m definitely going out there to take a leak 
lol just sayin.
I’d probably either mail that person a letter, or leave them a note, something to the effect of “Hurry up and make your seeds & cut down your male plant. It’s pollinating other people’s grows”
I highly doubt this person even knows that’s a male plant anyway
