I have a 4x4 Gorilla lite tent in the box. I bought it for the fact you can get a height extension for it.
This fall I am going to spend 300.00 for a Gorilla 3x3 for the same reasons.
I also like the fact that you can open the whole front.
Built to last.

All tents come with them , I generally do not use them . Octopots never leak , never will , and it’s a pain to slide the octos around on the catch as it slides too .

My first tent was gorilla, 4x4 still have it, still use it, my second was as well, then when we got the 8x8 at Mikes to keep our shared stable I was super sold! We were ALL swinging from that bitch like apes after setting it up, blew me away! I wouldn’t even try that on another tent, IR blocking roofs for those stealth countries, 1680D and windows, detachable ventilation covers and options galore for exhaust, plus I’ve seen that catch hold 30g of water like nothing. Money

I’m digging the lite series .
Half the weight , same killer zippers , good frame , the fabric is hard to describe , soft supple nice look yet appears super durable . It’s rating is low but don’t think it matters I like it better than the “canvas” on my others

I have a secret jardin dark room 4x8 as well and I’ll say the density is similar, poles are not as good but good , staunless but a bit thinner , and the corners are plastic (that’s what killed me as there was no mention when I bought it it had plastic corners 
) but it’s held up and it regularly is holding 90 lbs plus of lights, my big ass vortex exhaust and charcoal filter plus other crap and I’ve given the stress test several times, I actually had to get it because even without the extension the gorilla was too high for the space I bought it for originally so I got this being 4” shorter and pop precisely what I needed, it’s an amazing tent too, same features minus windows as the gorilla, and imho better zippers than gorilla. But I still would go gorilla first every time if possible. 100%

I ran closed for years . Works fine but lots of work and rigging all the time .
Open is where it is at , open room . Where it no so stupid hot here I would use my large upstairs bedrooms wide open , just fans to circulate , let A/C system handle heat n humidity .
I’m running tents now , to save carpet n walls , but running them open . Do have axial fans in some vents , large high cfm ones tuned way down slow , and a big 20 inch up top pushing air down , but run off same timer as lights so I don’t Jack with them . Ac system handles the rest .
Just wish we could go legal , be so much nicer
Got a 20 by 17 upstairs game room that would be the perfect big constant flower room .
