Untreated sleep apnea is pretty serious in the long run, so Iām very happy to read that youāve been diagnosed and will be treating it!
Itās hard to get used to the machine at first, but it will change your life

I always just thought I snored, but randomly when I was having my last breathing test, the guy talked about the sleep test and the symptoms etcā¦ I remember thinking that I sleep like the dead and never wake up. When I got home, I was telling my man about it and he said āWhat are you talking about? You do that all night! Snore Wake Up! Snore Wake Up!ā. Trippy, I donāt remember. After that I woke up once and realized I wasnāt breathing. My man hardly ever sleeps here. He always goes home. lol Light sleeper. My snoring drives him crazy. He has also left several times in the middle of the night. Poor Guy! 
I canāt even get mad at him. Iād bail too.

CPAP machine, my wife absolutely loves hers. Mask fitting is very important.
The difference in sleep quality is astounding. Sleep apnea has serious health impacts like heat damage (my F in L), stroke etc. Donāt bother messing around with the nose pinches jaw straps etc.

I hope it works great for you I have been fighting sleep apnea for most of my adult life maybe earlier . I canāt wear the cpap Iām a little claustrophobic but use Oxygen once in awhile seems to help . Also I need outside air open doors windows fans are a must . I sleep better outside under the stars I snore like a Bear nobody camps near me for long lol .

My special lady friend and I both use APAP machines. The āCā in CPAP is for Consistent/Constant pressure, APAP automatically adjusts the pressure to meet your needs. Sure, they take some getting used to and arenāt terribly sexy, but they help prevent heart damage caused by severe sleep apnea. Being alive is sexier than the alternative, right? 
She gets by with a āmaskā that only covers her nose. I tried that style and it never worked for me. You may need to experiment to find what works for you.
When I first started using one, all the medical professionals would ask if I noticed a huge difference. They expected me to say yes, but I didnāt notice any changes at first. Now, I canāt get a good nightās sleep without it.
Assuming your machine will have a humidifier, stock up on gallons of distilled water. Those became harder to find in stores around me when COVID started. It still seems like every other visit theyāre out of stock.

Iāve had a cpap since 2014. i fought getting one but i was falling asleep at the wheel, couldnāt get thru a whole day at work. felt like the walking dead all the time. i finally started it and it gave me my life back. i can go 1 night without it but not 2. when they tested me i quit breathing 69 times in 5 hrs. the specialist said i was one of the worst cases she had seen and couldnāt under stand how i didnt have a heart attack sooner! its a love / hate relationship.

Heck, get a bottle of everclear,give all of the infested branches a quick H2O2 wash and rinse , dry then a dip in everclear to melt
All of those little trichomes up Iām sure youād have something worth the effortā¦
It just brings me to tears the amount of bud that hasnt worked out for you this year

We were promised a whole weekend of rain. Instead we got 1 hour of chicken shit rain and 2 days of Gale force winds that trashed my backyard and I lost a geranium cutting that I was trying to root. Container plants strewn all over the damn yard. sigh We could have used the rain. And its cold as hell, relatively. Meaning for my climate like 60 in the day and cold at night. I know Iām a sissy and to many of you with snow on the ground, 60 degrees would be heaven. Itās just the sudden change in temps. Just have to acclimate, but for now Iām cold. lol

Sorry to hear about your weather and garden Meeshā¦I been doing the happy dance here as we have been blessed with 7 days of sun and temps in the high 60s to low 70s last till Wednesday then its back to the low 30s and rain with snow soon to follow.Be back to sunning under my 1000w hps till spring

Ehā¦ it is what it is. Iāve got plenty of time to get the garden back to tip top shape for spring. Just a drag when they promise rain and we get nothing, since we always seem to be in a drought. I really have no business complaining as I probably have some of the best weather on the globe. I can imagine you doing the sun dance when youāve been at 30 degrees.
Mostly, I think Iām just posting at this point to keep in touch with all of you, My peeps, now that my grow is done. Just a sense of community I get here with you all. Iāve come to rely on it in a weird way and just need to talk to yāall everyday lol

Oh yeah, @MidwestMover was in my neck of the woods this weekend and we met up briefly to meet in person and exchange our goods. It was really great to meet another OGāer in real life. Really cool human being! I donāt think many of our significant others understand how big of a deal it is for all of us to meet our fellow community members when we get the chance. Itās always so cool to meet up with fellow growers and like minded community members and my experiences thus far with the 3 members Iāve met in person have been great. Itās a hobby and love for the plant that spans so many different walks of life and I think itās super cool to meet such a diverse group of people all with the same common love of cannabis. @MidwestMover you and @SamwellBB are gonna have to get together when you go to Spain. OG Power!

Iām trying out some strain that @MidwestMover gifted me. I have no idea what it is cuz he didnāt label them but it was super dank smelling when I broke up the bud. Reminded me a lot of the cheese smell. Really skunky cheesy smelling, tastes good. Really smooth smoke. No cough factor at all (and Iām a cougher) lol Really pleasant subtle floral taste with what seems like a cherry finish on it. Quite lovely actually. So far nice chill high actually just really perked me up mood wise. Not crazy strong, I feel like this is another anytime strain. Nice growing and def a nice cure on it.
Edit- Iām getting a chocolate undertone to this joint now. It may be some form of Gorilla glue

Iāve come to realize that I prefer hybrids to pure sativas or pure indica. It seems to work better for me. As much as I love Sativas, they arenāt always the best strain in a situation (like night time, chilling on the couch). They are great if you want to go out for the evening and for a wake and bake. Straight indica makes me panic from the way too inwardly focused high, but I like some of the narcotic effects it has. I feel like hybrids give me the best of both worlds. Slight narcotic effect for my body with the uplifting head high. I enjoy the balance.
Any purists in here? Meaning only Indica or Sativa? What does it do for you? Itās a trip how differently each person reacts to cannabis.

Sorry about the forecast that never came true. Thatās my area. The will always change the forecast around 5-6 am. Go to bed after making plans based on the forecast only to have something totally different when you get up. And then the forecast matchesā¦ smh. The old look out the window forecast. Lol. We get the phsyco winds a lot more now.
