Appreciate the fucks, I say the same thing when I’m feeding these hungry bitches. FUCK!
Man, your garden is lush! you will have a good amount of flowers this season!
Welp, FML. 80mph wind and it pulled the stakes out and almost every plant was laying on the ground. A few hundred branches broken off. Got T-posts in and tied up the best I could. Now for a session of cloning I am not looking forward to. Managed a couple pictures in the chaos but Unfuckingbelievable. And now I see all my little green pips are missing, great
That is tragic. I feel pain for ya man.
I had one plant get busted up like that a couple years ago. Its 4 main branches all laying in other directions on the ground, double split down the center stem. I picked the branches up and the whole plant could spin like the only roots still attatched were going straight down. I still wrapped everything tight and staked it. Every day it was sunny the leaves would droop and I’d give a little drink. After a week she recovered. A plant I thought had basically no chance.
All that is to say, anything that can be righted and held in place has a chance. I hope you can save some stuff.
I appreciate ya man, these plants are resilient as hell, it happens every year here with the real big ones. If not now then when the buds get heavy they just break off at the stem… In all reality itll be ok I was just in a state of panic earlier. Got everything back standing and tomorrow I’ll brace them even more with plastic fencing and more posts.
FFFFFFUCK, I hope the plants turn out okay for you Bino. It’s been amazing scrolling through catching up on this thread.
That’s been some crazy weather we’re getting lately. Before I checked the thread I had been wondering how it would affect you out there with that jungle farm. Wild winds over the last few days.
Keep up the amazing work!
Honestly man, you wouldn’t even know anything happened. Such an amazing plant. They were perky and happy the day after. I truly love them and I believe that helps alot.
Wow, what a strong scene! I was in shock when I saw it, but I was relieved when I dragged the screen down and saw that they recovered. These plants are incredible!
Now that’s a beautiful garden, looks like you started a reforestation program!
Too bad for the damage that the storm caused but they are very resilient and there’s probably enough even if you lose some branches.
Curious to see how they develop further into beautiful ladies and in the pheno hunting seed making part.
Thanks for sharing
Heres some of my fast flowering work, this is a blueberry hashplant fast flowering, it was done August 31st, probably should have went a few days sooner but it was also a late entry. I didn’t get it outside until mid June. So basically it was like 80 days total. Plant was 6’ and had donkey dicks. Mold sucks, it definitely took a few grams but its so wet and hot outside I wasn’t suprised.
Mr. Orbital, We are cut from the same cloth. Love your enthusiasm for this plant. Keep posting. unfortunately “normies” and even regular smokers do not know the joy of taking two cool specimens and crossing them together creating something unique that meets a growing need like shortening flower time etc … selective breeding. I talk genes with smokers and i realize they don’t want to hear it on average, that’s why Overgrow is imperative. Question . What have you liked most from what you working with?I keep a notebook. Do you keep notes on these selections of yours?
Appreciate the kind words sir, I do keep extensive notes, I have to or I’d forget whats what pretty quickly. Everything is labeled double and numbered but my best experience so far with my new fast flowering is a bubblegum photo x kraken auto cross, we know it causes munchies real bad with a very uplifting high but we didn’t really know to what extent. Went for ayce crablegs, smoked a dabooby, dabs of the bubblekrak smeared on a paper and then bubblekrak flower rolled into a hog leg doobie. I ate 12 buckets, my dude ate 13 buckets and we had salads and craft beer on top of that, they actually cut us off and I was pissed off because I couldn’t get my 13th bucket but we definitely got our monies worth and everyone was satisfied… The bbhp fast flowering is very good as well but its more of a sativa daytime smoke. Theres so many in the works I haven’t gotten to try yet but I have passed out alot of the seeds here so in do time they will be on OG as grow logs and they won’t disappoint.
