I am ready to give up on this heat issue. Its always a battler to keep it under 90. Usually its 84 - 87F and my light is only on half lol. In a 4x4 closet with two intake and exit coming out from closet. I have 5 fans and want to turn my light up lol. I have seen and read so much about portable ac units and i am at a loss

I have central air but cannot cool the bedroom my grow is in, one ac vent cannot combat the heat. I shoved a small window ac unit in and hooked it to an Inkbird. Works like a charm. What is it about the portables that has you at a loss?

I wish i had a Window in the closet but its outside 3 feet away from it. I wonder if i left the tent door open, then i feel like i would be changing the water to the humidifier a lot lol.

The trick is to cool the room you are drawing air out of and vert the tent someplace else. Not sure exactly how you are set up so it’s hard to give a recommendation.

With that said, what temp should I set it to 76F? I like even numbers so idk lol.

Took a little re arranging but I think I have it set up like I want.
Anyone see anything wrong, I did find some white powder in my new light ontop. I vacuumed some up but didn’t want to drop any on the girls.

With the cooler air your rh will drop. It doesn’t ever hurt to have another fan. I like it a little high. Because I do keep good air flow. The neem oil works wanders. Preventive maintenance is the best. That’s one reason my plants are so stretched. Two I let go wild. I’m running around 80 to 40. It changes all the time. I keep the leaves trimmed up as much as possible. I know it stresses them a bit. Looks great happy
