Bumping up the UVA is supposed to increase resin production but I haven’t studied it closely.
I think it is @Seamonkey84 that’s been running CFL ‘lizard lights’ in his cool & funky setup. He would be more knowledge and practical experience that I.

Using 30 watts/sqr foot as the target for light size, you must be getting close to that already
?

I’ve been using a few reptile UVB bulbs since I got back into growing a year ago. I haven’t done a bloom without them, so honestly I can’t say if they make a difference or not lol. But depending how far away your trying to keep the lights from the plants, I use the lower wattage 13w “tropical” bulbs. The 13w has an effective range (for reptile uvb needs) of 6-8”, which is about as close as I put the lights on the plants. I going to try a set of desert bulbs, but my co worker who does lots of indoor plants and greenhouse work suggested they would be too strong, at least to start out with. Like when moving plants outside, they need to be hardened off and get use to the UV. I leave them on the full 12hrs of the light cycle.
The one blue colored cfl in the setup is a different brand, and has an even lower UV output. I put it where the newest plants are and where the side branches of other plants will be closer than 6” so it doesn’t burn them so quickly. Yes, these will burn plants without them touching. 3x3 with 21x 15w household LEDs and 4 reptile UVB bulbs.

Just a reminder to everyone and me,that not everything bigger or taller Is Better, look at my Little plant,She has a lot more grams and beauty shape than her taller slim sister, she has very big boobsy, her sister Is tall and produces lot less compact buds. This Is how nature Is showing me "how important it is in life not necessarily to be strong, but to feel strong, to measure yourself at least once , to find yourself at least once in the most ancient of human conditions, facing the blind, deaf stone alone withï»ż nothing to help you but your hands and your own head.”
A beautiful quote from Chris McCandless,
gonna tag everyone along here.
Size doesn’t matter at all of you know how to exploit every inch of your grow space.

Well, bigger and taller isn’t everything, but not vegging long enough is also a waste of space when you have height to work with lol. This was the other side of the tent, the ones on the left are near done in this pic, not much for yield from them.

What pots are you using brother?
Would those be the 5.5" jumbos (1.6L)?

They are just under 8” on each side, like 9” tall, and hold 1.5gal total. They’re labeled as rose buckets. I can pack 16 of them in a 3x3, but I stay within my household limit of 15 and that gives me space for a low hanging fan lol.

To close my request,I can buy an Exo terra or Arcadia reptile bulb cfl to put in my grow tent on the right forniture showed in picture for house hold bulbs.
Considering those two Brands, actual total wattage (150ish),what CFL bulb wattage/UV nm or UV index should I use to be safe and productive?
@Seamonkey84

If it’s just the one fixture your going to add the bulbs to, I’d go with the stronger bulbs which is around 26w, as they have an “effective range” of 12 inches from the bulb.

Yes,the fixture holds 4 bulbs,2 are actually used,One Is for UV and Plan to direct It to both plants, raising the fixture a bit though

Also, don’t know how many days keep Them before cut, It’s 58 days from seed and the strain Is 10 week max seed to harvest

Those dates are guidelines and averages, and usually lean towards the early side. It’s part of the marketing, especially towards commercial growers that tend to harvest early anyway. Lots of them seem to start counting the date from bud formation and not from flip, so adding two weeks to those dates aren’t a bad idea. Get a jewelers loop or a microscope, check the trichromes yourself and harvest based on cloudy/amber ratios.

Most Bud Trichomes are milky

Wait till they are all milky, I like seeing some amber everywhere too, but that doesn’t always happen with my lights apparently. I’ve read some strains don’t amber under some LEDs, but the effects do mature lol. I’ve been trying to wait till I see at least 10-20% amber, but some plants just don’t turn even though they are into 10-11 weeks

Got lot of ambers on the Sugar leaves and some on buds, but a lot more on the latter
This Is the bulb I Wish to buy:https://www.amazon.it/dp/B00101GDIG/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glc_i_PXH8X3G066231FVTNSMW?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I’m mostly using that same brand. If you using them more than 12 inches away from the plants, then go with the higher wattage desert bulb. If 12in or less, I’d go with the tropical version. But I haven’t tried the desert one myself yet.

Well, today was a “checking Trichomes day”,I noticed mostly milky, very very few clearish.Pistils are still White in One girl, the other Is half and half and some more amber.Since I don’t want couchlock and I want more euphoric,Paint relief effect, day 70-75 seems ok to me,like 10-15 days to harvest.

Is there any way to post a few trichome pics? If you don’t want couch lock, and you’re already into amber I’d be thinking sooner than ten days.
Again though, I can’t see them. Either way, great job!
