Anything planted in the GB"s yet gpaw? Wondering how they perform compared to octos. Im guessing similar.

Pretty similar in design…
I had an issue with the SIPs wicking up a little too much water into the soil but I’m planning on using those clay hydro balls (hydrotron?) in the bottom well to minimize that next year.
The 5 gal SIPs are darned near ‘goof proof’ and easy to move about …before the plants get too large and interfere with the handle of the bucket…
I like them, I’d suggest keeping an eye open for any sales and grab some to try.

Sub-irrigation planter.
Basically what I have is a fancy kit of parts you add to a standard 5 gallon bucket.
The older DIY approach is to use 2x 5 gallon buckets and cut 3 spacers to enlarge the reservoir area.

Wow!! What did you pull off her if you dont mind me asking? I did HSC photo fem version of ogk. Was ok but got outshined by some other tent mates.
It provided me with 22 ounces of OG Kush goodness. In was blown away if I’m being honest. I give most but maybe not all the credit to the Octopots!
I should note grown legally in Colorado.

Legal here in the commonwealth of Va. Also. Beats wondering whos watching your electic bills. I pilgramaged to denver when they were like the first legal state. Total herb and hiking vacation maybe 2015…

Only a 2x4 tent! And it spread out to touch all sides! It was insane.
I’m biased maybe but Denver is a very good spot for the green.

Was the first place i tried a solid sativa. Wasnt something we could get down south back then. Was the first thing i wanted to try. Durban poison. also the last time i greened out. Got paranoid like hi school had to remind myself it was legal.Best of luck with all your endeavors Rufus
