5H Club ♣ Half Full For 2019

5H Club :clubs: March Muchness

Lowered the light a few inches to give a bit more intensity to finish of Sweet Lemon…

The clone isn’t going to be anywhere near as nice as the from seed plant, was neglected a bit in veg and is just filling the spot in the cycle. Another two weeks or so and it won’t need the scrog, when the new ones come in they can have it instead…

They are starting to pick up some weight and the smell of lemon cleaner is strong if you mess with it much.

Transplanted the Starkiller into a 1 gallon plastic. Trimmed rootball as needed and fresh soil mix.

The Chocolope (much like the Starkiller) didn’t thrive well in the tubs. Did OK but not others this run.
Haven’t transplanted it yet as still deciding on container.

The Beast is still straining to bust loose, tied down but that won’t last, needs a cage…
Scrog as soon as open spot or will break out the training aid again for veg.

Am still in experiment stages with the net pot MugGrow Sips, but have decided to ditch the solo cups in future runs and go direct to soil in the Sips. The vigor is amazing up to the 21 day point I’d normally flip and sex them out. Will see if transplanting to tub size (until sexed) will keep the growthrate going. The first one was put in a 1 gallon fabric to see how it reacts. Will try one in the Sip through sexing process, but that is 35 days or so in a cup full of soil (can put it in your pocket).

Next week opening the cop cured package…

The Sweet Lemon has been harvested and were nice fat colas (and the usual larf)
The larger container can really supply a root mass for beefy beasts. The clone in half the size,
with half the veg time.

Since the space opened up, moved the waiting ones into box for next set. The scrog set are just to
train for a couple of weeks to hold the canopy level. The Chocolopes both have an odd top structure
and might just be mad over the prolonged veg with no direction clear.

The first grafted plant… two of the grafts have taken (Sweet Lemon & Chocolope Beast) the two
circled are still in the process and back in the humidity baggies a while more.

The second graft plant - one took (again the chocobeast) these other two were weak tops to start
and might not take. Have one more clean node available to graft or have to wait for more of the
under branching to grow out.

Getting ready for 4/20 (not that there is anything local happening :frowning: )

The Sweet Lemon has been jarred and continues to cure.

The MugGrow Sip pair are chugging along. One was topped and propped the other LITFA.
Will continue this pair through sexing in this size as experiment.

The new group has been in the box for a weekish amount… they’ll expand a bit in the next couple of weeks the SL clone needs to finish. This is the final group for the season and should finish mid June.

They all went through a rough veg period (or re-veg is more likely) and the tops look odd…
but am running them as is…
