Winter 2017 - 2018

The next wave.

So far…

1 from TGA: Space Candy

2 from the Muleskinner: Hurkle x Orange Hill Special and Jacked Up x Cinderella

Then mine

Jacked Up x Heavy Nolog = (9 Lb Hammer x (No Light 5 x OG) = Nolog))
9 Lb Hammer x Cannatonic = (Can of Hammers)
Agent Orange x (XJ x Pennywise) = (Ms. Moneypenny)
Agent Orange x Cinderella (don’t know yet)

My sweet tooth is showing

Thanks Joe.

Store bought soil: Roots 707. I work full time in Real Estate, part time as a musician, and will some day, find the time to learn some soil recipes.

Late tonight, OG will let me reply “normally” again. I guess I am a little too anxious.

nice! didn’t realize I gave you seeds from the Orange Hill Special plant, the mother was my favorite plant from last year.

LJ I think he’s using Roots 707

I was on “Reply Probation” for a day there.

I replied within the original post above, with edits. Cheating I guess.

@Muleskinner, these showed in a bud. Wouldn’t mind getting more… I’ll trade ya!

Been salivating over them ever since.

Everybody has at least poked their nose out of the ground.

But wait, what is this?

Looks like @Muleskinner has dropped off another orphan to mess up my timing. Perfect!

Yeah its nice everyone’s waiting at attention. What size pots are those? And what size do you go to from these?

These are sold as 7" containers and I guess they hold +/- a gallon of soil.

From here, they will wait until they show sex. Then they go into the 9" containers (less than 2 gallons of soil).

Then I will veg for a little bit and flip them. After 2 to 5 days in flip, I take my clones (want them to stretch a little first). Once the buds have more or less taken shape (2 weeks or so), I again re-pot them into the 12" containers. These claim to be 3.7 gallons, but appear to be more like 4+ when they are full. 5-7 weeks later, done!

Thanks fornthe break down, I am looking for similar size for drip buckets. Not sure if this style or a smart pot would be better

The top pics show the bottom of the containers which have lots of air holes, good drainage.

I like this to keep root rot from developing.

I do like how they have the holes along all 4 edges. I’m sure these would work well for hydro drip DTW.

I really don’t know.

I play in the dirt!

Time for them to hurry so you don’t have to wait… Is it curing time yet?

These guys are just starting out and have their whole lives, for whatever that is worth, in front of them.

The Platinum Huckleberry x Girl Scout Cookies is curing alright. Sticky sticky.

That is being pursued over on a thread of muleskinner’s called Dynasty Platinum Huck…

Follow us there…

End of the week update.

Mostly good news, but one had a cotyledon that got damaged (industrial accident).

Not doing quite as well. Not in the way, keep it steamin’

One of these Space Candy is not like the others?

Can you tell me which one is not like the others, before I finish this bong!

Weekly Update

Everybody is OK so far. Some are little behind. I’ll wait for them.

Going to try to keep better tabs on things here.

Space Candy is getting a run for its money in terms of vigor so far.

@99PerCent I love your organized setup!

Awesome use of photo edits to point out details as well. Thank you!

excellent progress on these guys, I can see they like the large pots vs. the little 4-inch cups I use for seeds.

What is that forest-duff looking stuff accumulating on the surface of the soil? You’re not turning no-till on us…are you??
