A-loc’d and Loaded…caution WAP inside

My autos from greenpoint landed yesterday

Gonna get some of those and the strawberry pies from @LoveDaAutos in today. See how they do outside. I’m completely new to the auto world and I’m gonna try them out in a few different sized pots

Made a rookie mistake and had my light too close for how high I had it cranked up and the seedlings weren’t pleased. Raised the light and turned it down and they seem to be happy. Tried just turning it down and my humidity spiked because I was relying on the light for temps. Always learning :call_me_hand:

First two weeks for autos I work really hard to give them 75 degrees and 70% humidity.

I put my LUX meter right at the tops of the babies and set my light so the meter is showing me 6,000 Lux

not a fan of heisendouche or w.e his name is at greenpoint but have seen some decent grows of their stuff on here so looking ahead to those oreoz when you pop em !

I didn’t realize the drama around them until after I had already started getting packs from them. Their stuff seems to consistently provide some fire and with the reverse auctions I’ve been able to load up with a crazy variety of crosses and I’ve averaged around 15 bucks a pack shipped. That’s super hard to beat.

yep i got some of the cowboy cookies that middleman made from them and it was fire. so they do got some good stuff. just a shitty attitude lol

I’m still kind of unaware of the majority of the criticisms

Ladies are moving a long nicely after me over doing it with the light for a few days. Been busy the past few days and forgot to put a replacement seed in for my Lennon cross that didn’t pop. Decided on giving one of the Oreoz s1’s a shot. Gonna be topping off everyone’s pots with some more pro mix and a sprinkle of some granular mycorrhizae that I picked up from kelp4less.com over on eBay.

Also gotta get some stuff for outside popped. Wanna grab some more peat moss, perlite, and some coast of Maine lobster compost. Mix that up with the remainder of my pro mix. Get that all mixed up before I get my pots ready for the autos I’m doing outside.

Looking fantastic bro off to a solid start. Love anything coast if main they got the goods seriously. The autos should love it. Curious what size pots you have assorted to run them in?

I’ve tried every size up to 10 gallon, 3-5 was most ideal but 3 really was the shoe that fits for autos unless it was a known gets huge then 5

Bro, pro mix is already like 80-90% peat, Id back off on adding more cuz it’s not giving anything for nutrition. If anything add a bag of mushroom compost instead of more peat. Bags are 2.50 at home Depot for 1cu ft(6.4 gallons) and it’s the meat and potatoes ur plants will love

Yeah Im just adding more peat to get more pots filled. I realized a few days ago my bag of pro mix is from 2021. I guess with older pro mix the lime will break down and make the ph drift up. Per pro mix’s website they say adding more peat will bring the ph back down. I guess I’m basically just trying to water down my pro mix to fill more pots. I’ll check out that mushroom compost though. 2.50 a bag is right up my ally lol

I don’t see any mushroom compost at my Home Depot. The coast of Maine stuff is cheap enough though I think it’s like 10 bucks a bag for the lobster compost. I’m gonna check around my local spots though. Ocean state job lot and big lots will get stuff in for pretty cheap.

I think I’m gonna try 2,3,5,and 7 gallon for the autos. See how the bag size affects how quick they finish and the yield.

Might try a couple in these starter bags I’m using. I’ve seen some pretty impressive plants come from solo cups and these are almost a gallon.

Crazy what a few days will do. Actually stuck to my guns and put an Oreoz in. Being indecisive and having such a variety is really quite the combo lol. My plans for my second tent have changed so many times

FYI
Tall skinny pots work best for autos.

Was just doing some pots to see if anyone was thirsty and realized almost all the bags have roots starting to explode out of them. Ide day the extra mycos was a good idea good thing my 3 gallon bags came in today. Looks like I’ll be uppotting sooner than I thought

Ladies are all still doing great. Have one motor punch runt that I’m wishing I culled a few days ago and just put a replacement but decided to let her go. Still might put something else in and just put the runt outside.

Just top dressed a bit with this new bag of goodness I got and topped the pots off. The pro mix had sunken down quite a bit in a few of the bags.

Gonna be transplanting everyone to there 3 gallon tall bags on Tuesday or Wednesday than they’ll get one more week in veg before they get the flip :call_me_hand:

Hope everyone’s having a great weekend :v:

I’m curious to see how much you harvest. If it’s good it’ll be bad for my impatience :joy: next thing you know I’ll be doing the same thing

I’m hoping for around a zip a plant. Some will be less im sure but some should be more too. I believe around a zip a plant was what @Huf averaged though.

This dude got almost 2.5 pounds with 36 plants in 2 gallons in a 5x5 lol
