It’s been amazing coming back to such a great community after all of this time since the olden days.
The past few years my social life in the world has dwindled down to pretty much zilch. My whole life became consumed by work and tending to the family. Waking up at 4 am m-f. Having 2-5 hours of travel time to and from the job sites I wasn’t getting paid for. Beating the shit out of my body day in and day out running on 3 hours of sleep. It really started taking its toll on me. As tough as it’s been being laid off it’s been nice to kind of have a reset and have this extra time to be with my sons. This has been a super trying year and making friends here and over on discord has helped me out tremendously. So grateful for everyone here and what they do. I was beyond excited when I actually got the wiki win for @DougDawson’s blue kush pollen. I’m gonna be hunting through and looking tor any special males I come across as well. Really looking forward to being to making it rain seeds here like some of you great folks here. The idea of coming up with some new crosses and having that cross maybe be something someone loves and keeps in their garden for awhile puts a big smile on my face.
I can certainly admit I’m a bean junkie. I get just as excited finding a fat healthy seed in some great flower im smoking as I do buying/winning or being gifted a pack. The variety in this plant is truely spectacular and i always treat every seed like it could be the next special thing that I could wanna keep around forever if possible. I used to pinch brick weed from my mom years ago and I would save the seeds and fill out little postcards with notes of the effects of the flower. Any tastes or smells I could pick up on. No idea what happened to those unfortunately lol I don’t even know if you can find that decent brick bud anymore.
Anywho just wanted to say a huge thank you again to everyone here. Wanted you all to know how much I truly appreciate all of your kindness and can’t wait to showcase your creations here for everyone to see 
I was up til about 4am trying to get the ladies up-potted managed to get 15 done I think. Definitely wish I went with 2 gallon pots for this tent too instead of the 3. Hopefully it will be worth it in the end though come chop time.
These things should go absolutely bananas. I might of went a little crazy with adding the extra mycorrhizae but I figure it will only help. Mixed a bunch of the granulars right into the entire mix plus a couple scoops of mycos. Than has I made the pots I would fill them to the point where it was ready for the pot. Add another scoop of mycos and sprinkle off the granulars. Mix that in. Set the pot in take it out and sorinkler some more mycos and the granulars but don’t mix it. Fill up about an inch or two and then add another light layer of mycos. Technique I picked up years ago when I worked with this arborist who did a lot of planting projects. We were getting mycorrhizae by the 7 gallon pales lol
Some of the smaller gals I didn’t fill the pots as much as this one just because I was getting concerned about running out of my mix. Started experimenting a bit too with adding a a layer on the bottom 4-5 inches of the pot with a mix heavier in the lobster compost and garden bed mix with just a dash or pro mix and extra perlite. Figure by the time the roots get down to that level they should be getting hungrier.
This one midnight snack is insane though. I’m so bummed I forgot to snag a pic this morning. It has mature plant sized fan leafs already it’s ridiculous. It looks like a damn clone. Has interchanging nodes and almost looks like it self topped itself.

Man that was my life last summer feeling like I was in the twilight zone of anything that could go wrong DID GO WRONG, keep ur head up bud and just keep pushing through all the bs!

Oh I ain’t gotta go down without a fight as crazy as things may get. It’s been wild though, my short term memory has been really bad. It’s been beginning to feel like I’m bill Murray in groundhogs day. This years seems like it’s just gone by in a flash
I’m bummed I forgot to snag a pic of my progress but I imagine by tonight the ladies I did finish transplant will probably have grown an inch in height and width 
I realized last night I forgot to order the x3 3 gallon tall bags I was short so I’m gonna do my two two biggest gals so far in 4 gallon bags and two smallest in 2 gallon bags to split the difference in the space I have.

Sounds like a solid plan, the 2 and 3 gallon I get off gardzen, the only difference is the height it seems, same width

I think I told ya about 247garden they have an insane selection of bags. Any size you can think of. Tall and normal. I got these on Amazon I think for wicked cheap and just jumped on em. I couldn’t remember how long it took when i got my samples from 247 garden.

That filter looks pretty cool.
The mushroom style filters were way too much money.
I used a car polishing bonnet, but these look like they would work well.

@shag Yeah seems super simple and better than just ghetto rigging something up with a duct filter. Think I’m gonna order up a couple up this week. I was surprised how many grow tent accessory stuff is over on Etsy. They have plastic clips you can put in the corners so you can add shelving lol do colosseum style solo cup grow. So many possibilities

Sending you & the fam positive vibes brother. My mom had almost the same thing/surgery not long ago. My mom recovered, just has to keep going in for checkups & try to eat healthier. Organic stuff, less sugar etc. Sending those good/healing vibes

they have a different version of these i have seen that is more exspensive that these are a knock off of. if they perform the same and are light leak proof thats a good deal.

Appreciate it man. We found out now after her follow up that she’s actually about 6 weeks pregnant. When she initially went in for some reason when they ran her blood work they didn’t check for that. So now we gotta see how this goes and hold off on the surgery. I’m hoping if she starts taking Turkey tails mushrooms those might work their magic so by the time she can have the surgery it won’t be as bad.

I’ve never seen that one, the reviews for the Etsy one are good but the filter definitely allows some light through. I was thinking it would be easy enough to add another layer of filter but this secret jardin one looks like it might be a better option. Thanks for that link. Gotta figure something out before i flip to flower

Well if there was an award for procrastinating I would definitely get it finally almost done with the uppotting though. Gonna be hitting everyone with a nice feed to soak into the new pots and watch the explosion of growth begin lol. Gotta be careful not to let ‘em get too wild before I flip or else I’m gonna end up having to put them outside.
Almost there though. Would have liked to if double potted higher but I wanted to make sure I had enough mix to go around and it’s looking like I’m just gonna make it with a little extra.
Gotta order up some more of the mycorrhizae granulars used up the two pounds between mixing it right into the mix and top dressing some with the mycos when placing the starter pots in bags. Been adding and extra layer of the mycos around the sides of the bags as well. Been really time consuming but should be worth the effort.
They took a little hit from me mostly being away last week. One lemon kush lady is looking really sad in the bottom left. Let her get too dry. Hoping she perks up by later tonight.
Meant to ask too if anyone has messed with Ibex Nutrients? They hit me up on Twitter and offered me a free starter kit and one other something in exchange for me doing a couple quick marketing surveys and posting up my results “at my leisure” as they put it. Seems like have some good stuff and figured why pass up on free. Have one more survey to do sometime next month and than they’ll send out the goods
Got a few things to get in order first in preparation of flipping to flower soon but I’ve been thinking about ordering some of the mats. Seen a few people on Instagram using similar ones.

I think I’m just gonna grab these from Home Depot and tape them over the vents inside and out. That with a little ghetto baffle should be perfect. Might not even need the baffle but we’ll see
