A note about buying AC Infinity products (and probably others) on Amazon

These workers are whipped into oblivion to the point where I’d be very surprised if they remembered their own name.

Mrs Foreigner routinely does things like buy 5 pairs of pants and then returns 4 of them.

So the take on Amazon is that they went Down Hill in their shipping methods and has gone down hill compared to earlier years > ??

I worked for Amazon in the warehouse for about 8 months as a picker. These employees are rushed and abused to unbelievable levels. They are pushed to perform without mistake at insane speed. I don’t doubt for one second that mistakes are made often.
But Amazon is usually fairly good about returns if you have valid reasons.

And if a Prime member you don’t really need a reason.

I still don’t see the reasoning for returning items because a box arrived with slight damage.

Why not check the items first?

I’m supposed to take the in-line apart and make sure everything is intact? The things getting thrown on the ground with this huge tent stacked on it at an angle the whole time lol if it’s a butthurt employee or not or if I sound crazy to you don’t really care to be honest that was the dumbest packed shit I’ve ever seen and I’m not using it lol.

They don’t care. Places like those companies your money isn’t that much. I’m noticing it everywhere.
I have learned that it’s not worth getting upset.

Return it so I can pick it up as a discounted returned slightly damaged packaging item :joy:

Even if you bought it from ACI themselves, the shipping companies throw it around all the time. If nothing is rattling in the fan, and it sounds fine when you plug it in, then it’s good to go.

Complaining about the tents box being dented is too much. If none of the poles are bent, then what’s the hassle?

Sounds more like you are looking for an excuse to throw AC infinity under the bus. I don’t see why this even needs its own thread.

You don’t sound like you have all your ducks in a row. You’re buying clones before even having a good place to put them, and then complaining that the cardboard box that your fabric tent came it has a boo-boo. I hope you aren’t growing medicine for someone in need, because it appears you don’t know what you’re doing. It’s growing plants, NOTHING will be 100% perfect and if you shoot for that, you will drive yourself crazy.

Smoke a joint, breathe, and set up your tent and get to growing.

at what point was i complaining? lol you all assumed that read the first post i said i was not upset.
you guys getting all worked up made me realize this place is not for me though.
i bought the cut for san because it was in stock then to make seeds for him, so be sure to tell him to tell me not to do it if you think the community will be harmed by my seed production in any way. dont want to hurt patients now.
you guys need to relax, i doubt the bud you grow is better than the shit i get at the store if you get all worked up over me giving a note on how amazon was packaging ac infinity’s gear.

I think Amazon put all your packing stuff in my last two boxes

hey man all i did was return an inline fan to amazon, the rest was on yall. next time someone comes here offering to buy official cuts and send them out to you guys for free make sure to tell them theyre crazy and dont know shit and send them packing as well.

I think you forgot the part where you made a thread about it and complained. And now you’re getting mad at us for pointing it out.

If it’s damaged, return to Amazon and get another. If it’s not, then use it. This doesn’t need a thread. This has nothing to do with growing, just you nickpicking about boxes.

I wouldn’t want cuts sent from someone that can’t even get a grow going. Sorry.

So pretty sure Amazon sells all its returned merchandise to wholesalers who sell them really cheap.

Like “all items $2 for one hour only” kind of cheap.

I got a sweet deal on a printer that way. Like, a ridiculous deal.

But going to that place was horrible. A warehouse of poverty and desperation and people nearly coming to blows because they both want a deal on the pair of socks they grabbed at the same time.

Unpleasant, but serves a purpose.

I ordered a S6 cloudline fan and controller 69 a year ago. Still in the box. That’s it I’m checking them. :rofl: Sorry couldn’t help myself. I’ve made so many amazon returns to the UPS Store. They call me Norm when I walk in. “that is a Cheers reference for any of you kids”
