A series of possible fortunate events

Mother earth made a new soil that’s charged but not to hot for seedlings and cuttings. I got mammoth P, fish shit, more emerald harvest, fox farms new dry amendments veg and bloom. Some roots organic. House and gardens, and a few shirts, hats, bandanas, posters, and other miscellaneous items.

That’s the mother load wow.

I wish I had the pic from 2 years ago. We walked away with twice as much. I love that they do this every year. If I really wanted, I could probably never buy nutrients again and just go every year.
Sadly, nectar for the gods couldnt make it out this year . I was really looking forward to takking with them.

13 days into flower. I gave them their first round of bloom nutrients last night. Emerald harvest cali pro A and B, with all 3 additives as well as mammoth P.
I’m going to start the mother earth bloom meal mix on day 21 and follow up with a tea from Cultured Biologix.

I went in and did some thinning out of the lower part of both the blue cindy and the wedding cake . Also defoliated some of the bigger fan leaves up top for better light penetration. The blue cindy didnt have much of a stretch and definitely doesnt have as much foliage as the wedding cake. I took clones from the WC and one from the AK . The goal is to keep at least 2 alive for the next run since I only have 2 fem seeds left to run before I get to the regular seeds.

Also, have some black candyland and gods space needle seeds being gifted to me soon. So the faster I can get through my fems, the sooner I can run those and the panama lebanon haze

Wedding cake

Blue cindy

Afghan kush

Left to right- wedding cake, blue cindy, Afghan.

Clones in my makeshift clone box with a single CFL and my wifes cake cover as a dome lmao
I dipped them all in clonex.

Switching my on time to night has been one of the best decisions I’ve made and hopefully I can continue to grow in the summer without battling heat issues like I always do. We can only pray.

Lefthand loves his Panama Haze for sure.

The only part that doesn’t make sense about having lights on at night is the crappy schedule on you! If you line it up right, it’s not too bad. I only take care of mine after lights on. Watering then, sure helps the night humidity.

I’m so stoked to grow them out. That will probably be next fall/winter grow.

I have them on at 6pm and off at 6am. I work 9 to 5 most days anyways. Works out perfect. I can get home, do the deeds, and be done for the day.

Yeah, you gotta be careful. Lights on in the morning can make you run late to work also. I heard that from someone lately.

Not much to update on the flower room or clones. The clones look like they’re staying a live but no roots yet.

I got this stuff called MagiK Green from house and gardens that’s a foliar spray that has micro nutes and helps with cell division and stress, so I gave them a light feed of that the other day, and I’ll do that once a week ( including on my peppers :stuck_out_tongue: ) until they hopefully root.

I convinced the wife to let me spread out a little just for the time being since we have an open room for the next few months and here we are…

So I set up a fan and my hlg in a closet and started germinating 4 panama Lebanon, and 2 kashmir kush

My hopes are that 2 of the panama end up female, 2 of the clones root, and the 2 kashmir ( I’m pretty positive are fem) take so I can do a full run of 6 plants next flower cycle.

I’m going to downsize to 3 gallon air pots so I have more space between plants ( at least the pots) in the flower room. I’ve dealt with air pots before and my one plant in a 5 gallon outgrew a plant I had in a 7 gallon smart pot. So my thoughts are, more space but close to the same size plants.

Heres some shots of flower just because. Wedding cake is beginning to snow already . Blue cindy not so much. I’m praying my Afghan clone roots so I can do a full grow with that as well. Only time will tell.

I have a buddy gifting me a 3 level wire shelf I’m gonna find use for somehow. The plan was veg on bottom, seedlings middle, clones top but let’s see how everything pans out. Now that I’m done drinking I have to stay busy, this definitely helps lol. Much love yall

I can only use 2 levels on mine in a 2x4, but it sure is handy.

Hell yeah , that’s exactly what I’m shooting for.
I found some neat stuff on AC infinity website. It should definitely eliminate the issue of heat while running 2 spots in the same room. I’ll link them below.

I plan to set this up in the window, and blacking the test of the window out.

https://www.google.com/shopping/product/8364327562945137495?q=ac+infinity+fan&client=ms-android-sprint-us-revc&biw=412&bih=757&tbs=vw:l,ss:44&prmd=snvi&sxsrf=ALeKk03On_78FWMEINvKyK_U9yZKtsJMMw:1613325001934&prds=eto:5976730326281384245_0,cdl:1,prmr:1,cs:1

Then I can set this in my AC floor vent and either let it go or create a little box with 2 holes for duct loading into both areas.
That’s a project within the next year for sure.

I did just cop the AC Infinity 80mm fan for the clone box and a new hygrometer that connects to my phone so moving up in the world

Also check out their backdraft damper. It will keep cold air from coming back in through the outside line.

Havent seen it , I’ll definitely check it out though, good looks!

3 of the 4 panama x Lebanon have germinated and been planted. I’m considering doing a separate journal for them since lefthand said he hasnt grown them out himself and theres only a handful of people that have, but I also dont want to run 2 journals at once lmao so we will see
I sprinkled some mycos in before planting.

One of the kashmir is showing taproot, not enough yet but getting there. No signs on the other 2 or the 4th panama yet.

I got that little black flood tray today, as well as more nectar#4 soil and perlite. Also got my AC infinity fan and grove hygrometer . The fan is smaller then I expected but with one more I can definitely make it work. I wish I had more tools on hand, gonna have to see if I can borrow a saw lol

You don’t have to start a new journal. Just post them up in this one. Check out what we did with similar fans.

That’s a great idea! I was originally thinking of just sizing up and putting them in the duct spot inside the tent but you’ve peaked my interest lol

My brother in law would love to eventually create a gentle vortex to ensure adequate air movement. This was his first attempt, but apparently we need more powerful fans.

What size did you get ? I shouldve went with the 120 but 80 will work for intake until I grab another for exhaust.

I’m definitely grabbing 2 more of these hygrometers.

Clone box is a little hot but humidity is great.

Is it Kasa app ? @Beerus
