Can anyone guide me thru how to turn this unit on please all the screen does is keep blinking

Hey @olschool are you running the AC Infinity humidifier on its own? Or is it connected to the Pro controller?
I’m running their smaller unit, I think it’s the T3. Directions should be the same for this one and the larger size.
If it’s plugged in to the Pro controller then it can be ran through the controller or through their remote smartphone app. If it’s not plugged in to a controller then the humidifier is run by using the buttons & screen on the base of the unit itself.

Try holding the power button for 10 seconds. I think that unlocks the display
Yeah tried that customer service and I concluded it’s faked and they are sending another one
