well… I am almost done the sanitizing over here.
Had to order foggers from amazon as they seem to be unavaillable in Canadian stores anywhere I have looked. Today will be the second fogging and in a few days will do one more, then seal everything up and let the ozone generator run for a couple or three days.
Gonna pop some seeds shortly… probably today or tomorrow but keep them in the house for a few days while they do thier thing. Figure I will pop Sour Dubb S1 , Grape Rock Candy S1, GG4 S1(brother useful) , Chimera Junky S1, NYCDxOGK fems, Pink Kush x OGKB 2.0 fems and OGKB 2.0 S1.
Probably just one or 2 of each as I want to keep the garden manageable and these are pretty much just for a bud run to fill my jars.
In other news… waiting on a care package to arrive with some cuts … the Irene being one of them, bubba, TK and motorbreath being the others. Hopefully those make it safe n sound

Started soaking Coastal Blueberry and Chunk D Hashplant tonight. These are both for the yard. Soaked 5 each. Hoping to get 2 nice ladies of each. Your Vancouver Isle Pink Kush x Long Valley Royal Kush, I get to run some on my buddy’s land that’s inland. I need to pick another from you to run there. Outstanding microclimate. Sharing some other excellent genetics with him. He’s only run clones or bag seed. Hasn’t grown much but is a smart young man, eager to learn new things. Win,win here.

there is still one more Sour Dubb in the towels but it cracked and stalled. I peeled one side of the shell off and it is not mushy inside, just white. So I put it back in the towels. There is also a 6th Purple Lazerlite seed still in the paper towels.
So we wait and see now what pops above the soil.
cuts I’ve been waiting for aren’t here yet … maybe today but expected delivery is tomorrow. Snowed last night so who knows how the highways are. They have been in the mail for pretty much the maximum time I would expect them to have a chance to survive the trip so fingers crossed.

well things are moving right along over here with all but 2 seeds making it from the towels to the pots. So I lost one sour dubb which is a real shame and one of the gg4s1.
Otherwise nearly all of them are above the soil already and sitting on the kitchen table.
Gonna bring the SF4000 in the house and set it up in the spare room while I finish revamping the grow rooms. Once done I’ll move these into the 5x5 tent.
Sadly the Irene, TK, Motorbreath and Bubba cuts that were inbound made it safely but died in transit. They did take a long time getting here but I was hopeful… so my quest goes on.
Haven’t updated the dog’s situation in a while and I haven’t forgotten the good folks here that helped us out in trying times. She has recovered from whatever virus she caught and doc thinks it was from a tick or something as it was an auto immune infection. She is down to 1/4 pill of prednezone and is also taking thyroid medication. He blood counts look very good though the doctor said that whatever it was that she caught did a number on her so we still need to watch her closely. So Lucy is still alive and well and should be with us for a few more years anyways.

So some of the seeds I potted up didn’t make it… like the Sour Dubb…very sad but there is 3 more seeds. I will have to try germing them in worm castings so am going to hold off until I am set up to germ them. They are older seeds so I kinda knew this might happen. Also the 2 Grape Rock Candy fems stalled out in the soil too which is disapointing. I sterilized the soil so not sure what made them die off. So I popped the remaining 3 seeds in the pack and 2 had tails today so they are potted up. I also put 6 of @Tonygreen 's Sour Bubble tribute seeds to germ in the paper towels on the 6th and today they all had tails so got potted up.
One of the seeds had two tap roots coming out so I took a pic before I potted it up

Nice. I’ve got some older seeds I’m going to try the worm castings with too. Can’t find my seed cracker so will make a new one. Keep things going. I didn’t leave myself a lot of cushion, timewise. Anything falls behind I need to respond. Which usually means start more seeds.

Ya I am always having the urges to start more seeds but I need to exercise some restraint this spring hehe. Promised the wife I would not do the light dep garden this year because I am tied to it for the whole summer. We never get to go do anything fun like camping trips or road trips to visit friends or go to sight seeing destinations ect. So this year it will be my first attempt at growing a greenhouse full of autoflowers that I can rig up an auto watering system to and let them do thier thing. I was planning to use the #7 pots with my reammended organic soil mix that I use every year. I am hoping 5 gallons of soil is enough as that is what the #7’s hold. Still some weeks away from getting that adventure started as the plants can’t go out until June 10th anyways.
For now… my rooms are clean and pretty much ready for plants to be brought in. Just doing some alterations while the seedling sit in isolation in the house. I have them in a large rubbermaid tote. I am using a spiderfarmer sf4000 on 50% which I had to attach 2 short lengths of 2x4 on edge, to allow the light panel to sit above the tote with an air gap. I figure the light is somewhere around 15inches above the tallest seedling. It’s working good for now.

Nice day out today… chilly but spring is in the air. Not moving too great right now as the body is in rebellion from pushin myself a bit too hard dealing with the full sanitization of my grow rooms. Regardless I got shit to do today LOL Some bales of soils in the back of the wife’s van gotta get moved and I gotta go scour town and see what ammendments I can find at the various places here that sell manures and worm castings and gypsum ect.

Will be nice not being tied to the garden all summer, I know when I stopped growing many years ago I didn’t know what to with my time… can’t wait to see how your Sour Bubble turns out. Work is never done

I like your set up with the tote. I need to get something similar for seedlings. I’d been considering the light dep too, but my back said no to 2x daily moving plants. I’ve got a batch of Autos but not starting them for awhile yet.
We shall see.

ya my pelvis is pretty buggered and the.light dep, while it is great exercise for the heart and everything else… it is bloody painful LOL If I had a way to darken the greenhouse without moving the plants I would do it but the black out tarps I would need are just too damn pricey and I want to do it right or not at all.
That said… I have mixed feelings on my outdoor this year… I don’t want to do light dep maily because the wife wants for us to be able to take some road trips this summer and that makes a light dep impossible. Unless I figure something out for when I go away like moving the plants indoors under a light schedule that matches the light dep… doable…
Reason I am still mulling over what to do is that I want to start growing and showing the strains I have made and dropped… Like the Coastal Blueberry. Such a dynamite real blueberry line and those beans are sitting idle at Growingupganja.com and @Great_lakes_Genetics … I see all kinds of conversations about growers seeking blueberry and getting disappointed and these glorious beans (LOL) are just sitting there begging to be grown hehehe Of those who have reported growing them almost everyone has claimed to have found excellent blueberry expressions in smell and taste. Haven’t seen any negatives yet and I have given away a load of those so I’m sure we will here the bad if there is any 
So … I just might throw down a Coastal Blueberry run this summer along with the autos. I need some new pics for the seedbanks to use and more people need to see these wonderful plants… that and I want some of that smoke in my jars come hunting season LOL

well i ran into a blueberry pop tart type plant years ago but for the life of me i can not remember what strain it was. yup for-sure though i have some blueberry strains here with me somewhere.

Looks like a day for indoor chores @SHSC-1 . Dang! I see your close attention to your planting schedules. It would be cool to find some good Autos. The autos you mentioned running, are those your strains?

This greenhouse season is gonna be one where I plant em and ride it out. I will give the autos 90 days to do thier thing, counting back from August 31st when I want those plants to be finished and hanging and in my jars come hunting season hehehe
For the record … I will not be breeding autos , that is a universe away from any of my breeding plans now or future, these are simply for an experiment to see how they perform here in my greenhouse. Hopefully they produce a decent harvest for my personal stash.
Now I know I said I was only going to do autos this summer but I ended up switching gears again LOL I have popped 20 Coastal Blueberry and 12 Friesland IBL and I have no plans to light dep these plants. They are going full term if they can finish before fall gets incondusive to growing cannabis. This will be the harshest climate stress test for the Coastal Blueberry that has been performed yet. I do have plans to combine the Friesland and Coastal Blueberry in an effort to create a faster flowering version of the coastal blueberry. That is for my breeder thread in the sponsor section though. This thread will focus on the autos and the friesland once things get rolling.
