They look like they still have a fair bit to say, all hairs are still white, I tend to wait until they’re all orange and also trust my nose. Sometimes one day they smell extra sweet, and if the trichromes are milky then I go for it.

Chop time also depends on the contents of my jars.

:grin:I flipped 4 weeks ago yesterday. They look like 4-6 weeks left to me. 1 more topdress if that’s the case. Looked at the clones and some are definitely vegging under 24/0. But some may still be pushing new hairs…so I’m still waiting for conclusive results from that experiment.

Very nice grow! Do you eliminate all male flowers or are there none?

There were 2 full blown males and 2 full females to start. Got rid of 2 4 foot males and haven’t seen any balls in there since. Thank you for looking! I didn’t expect 5 foot plants. Or males…or photoperiods. Nature does what it wants.

Awesome plants, and hungry! Do they still resemble their Forum Stomper mom? In flower I mean, I know you mentioned they grew like their mom in veg.

Yes structure wise they are identical. Long distance between nodes and a straight center cola with looong branches. Those were 4 foot these are over 5. Bud structure similar but smell seems under whelming compared to moms. Also not the frostiest yet. Getting there but they took a minute to accumulate any. I’ll have to wait on a smoke report

Could be forum stomper/hemp hybrid. Anyone’s guess at this point. And ima start eyeballing my neighbors yards for suspects.

This is totally possible, as we all know pollen can carry a long way under the right conditions.

Although, it’s likely (at least to my thinking) that hemp pollen would have come from a commercial hemp field rather than anyone’s backyard grow (it just seems more likely that an individual would be growing drug varieties rather than hemp for textiles and whatnot, although nothing is impossible).

Looking at that pic, the trichs sure seem to be accumulating nicely, and to be marching brazenly onto leaf material too. In a month or so you might just have a gooey mess on your hands…as it were…and hopefully the terps pick up some.

This remains an interesting conundrum for sure, and I certainly hope that it turns out to be what you need/want given the time and resources it’s taken to see these through.

Well said. My thinking exactly. Always worth it tho if only for the wizdom.

All depends on par not watts, that 420 watts can have hot spots up to 1700 which will create less potent less dense flower. i have a 650 watt that i can only run around 450 watts 3 feet above my canopy in the 3.5x5 flower space. you want around 900 par and as best even coverage as you can get. unless you run co2 than you can push the 1500+ levels i would dial them back a bit to 300 and see if they improve with a heavy defoliation to hit lowers

youre correct of course. ive been thinking of dialing it back because of how close the tops are. and yes the par is reading thru the roof there. probably north of 1700 in spots. but only 3-400 on the edges. its ravaging the leaves but im not seeing bleaching. need binoculars to see the tops…now you got me thinking tho

thats why my next light will be bar lights. i have 2 sp6500s that are beasts but i need a 10/12 foot ceiling to use them properly lol. your lights are similar that they need alot of space betweeen canopy and tops normally

Yup. And same. I’m looking at spider farmer bar lites maybe vipar spectra too. My pal has sp3000 I think long and skinny really nice lites. These ac infinity side lites are pretty nice. I wouldn’t pop for their overhead lites tho.
