You all can have the cold and snow i would love if my winters were in the 60s.I could sun autos on my south facing balcony thenâŚChristmas snow is A ok but other than that my old bones can do without winter now.Though i still enjoy the odd, outing out with my daughters smokin and sleddingâŚBut for city living i can do without it lol

I always had the cabin or trailer up north to retreat to.With my disability my rent is subsidized so its only $152 a month for my 2bedroom apartment.With my work the big city was where the big money wasâŚNow Looking at a tract of land in the country with my oldest daughter.26 acres with 2 creeks and a pond.She wants to build a log home near the road and i will build a cabin and grow shed out at the back near one of the creeks.Have about 18 acres of wood to run a sustainable harvest for yearly firewood and i plan on using a combination of solar,wind and the creeks waterfall to generate power.
