Kind of tough to see but im guessing your plant kind of looks like the one in the back left corner here?
Somewhat… yes… more yellow too than that also
So what is it? Lol
lol well its a new room for me with a new big led. Im very much figuring it out with you
I can tell you I did a full water change and now they are looking good again.
If i had to make a wild guess id say more cal mag. I dont think the feed charts account for RO water.
So it is a deficiency of some type… my guess has to be cal mag but it didn’t seem to help… nitrogen ?
Advanced nutrients accounts for ro water because they recommend using ro with their products
What they don’t account for is the drain of cal mag under led
I can see better… we have identical probs
Plants that size really dont need much nutrients. My take on it is something is throwing the root zone to go into lockout. So it’s not necessarily from the ppm being to high or low. I think it stems from a problem at the roots.
For example in my other flowering tent i have a large res of 60 gallons and when i wasnt putting enough calmag in my plants would drink the cal mag out of the whole nute solution much faster than it took up the other chemicals. When i ran out the plants would go into lockout and couldnt take up the rest of the nutes even though the ppm really diddnt drop much.
So you think it’s depleting all cal mag and locking out other things then??
Maybe not specifically cal mag but i think its more likely your dealing with a lockout than too low of a feed.
Really sorry if I’m obtuse but where does the % reading come from ? My Apogee MQ-500 does not display in percentages. Is the percentage a function of the light ?
For me it’s a function of my trolmaster
So maybe too high??
OK. Id missed it I guess.
No worried bro … I went w trolmaster because I can dim the gavita more with it than gavitas master controller
Oh u said not too high or low… root rot??
Idk what comes 1st the lockout or root rot but I think they go together. When my plant wasn’t doing so well I noticed some orangish/red colours on roots.
I don’t want to give u the wrong impression and think I know all the answers lol its more like 2 stoners trying to figure something out haha
I’ve never grown coco so I can’t really give much advice there but i think with a big LED my water temps where getting a bit warm also which probably played a part in some root rot.
I agree I always stay skeptical just in case … all I can say is we will figure it out eventually… going to have to lol… 1st 1 to coin the issue wins hahaha
