That is some ride, and i like it man! THX.
I got two projects, nothing technically special here.
87 Monte Carlo and 99 Dakota RT
Monte was gettin a transmission in this pic.
Plans for her include
LS Series Swap. (Eventually twin turbo it)
Suspension upgrades
Subframes
Change out the shitty 2.8something rear end, Possibly retrofit a IRS rear end.
Tub the rear for wider wheels.
Dash Swap (haven’t picked a donor yet, Thinking about swapping a 2000ish camaro dash into it)
Upgrade to electric seats
Paint to the most boring factory looking Monte color they made.
Laugh like a maniac when the boost kicks in!
The Dakota is one of those slow projects, I hit a deer with it and haven’t gotten around to finishing the repairs lol.
Old Chevy’s and Bimmers. Love what you boys have done with the place!
Here’s my old Chevy in need of some body work!
350tbi as tricked out as is wise with the 700r4…
The little fat tire bike is my Yamaha TW200, for those that are curious.
The BMW convertible will make an appearance soon. A few more details before it’s presentable. Lol.

You ever driven a boosted ls before @Jellypowered?
Two.
A 2000 Camaro SS with a 8psi setup, it was the most fun I’ve ever had driving a hot rod lol.
I worked at a dealership for a short time and got to drive the owners restomod nova. 6.0 liter ls with twin turbo. That was the scariest thing I’ve ever driven, flying down the freeway if you punched it, the rear would break loose lol
Just making sure you know what you’re in for!
Lol.
Scariest vehicle I’ve ever driven was powered by a ls3 with twins.

Bumping this up!
Tons of new members, maybe we have some new car fans in here.
This afternoon I replaced rear shocks and a couple bushings on the little 325ci.
I also fit new shoes(calling them winter set but I may change that) original Bottle Cap wheels are safe and sound.
In desperate need of a bath.
Let’s see your projects guys!

Beamers are a part of my life…
Brother, the handling of a stock 3 series in good working order is something everyone should experience. I love bimmers. I want a newer one… once we pay off the wife’s car it’ll be my turn… That’s when the convertible gets built and a mid size turbo!!
Having a 1/4" more tire width is a noticble improvement. I’m happy to daily drive such a fine piece of engineering.
Next project:
Leaky Valve Cover Gasket and oil change. Maybe tomorrow.

Chevy G-body restoration is very special LOL
I love pre-'88 Monte Carlo, El Camino, and Buick Regal / Grand National.
Excellent taste
The terms Bimmer, Beemer or Beamer refer to BMW vehicles. However, Bimmer is the correct term for BMW cars while Beemer and Beamer are used for BMW motorcycles. … One of its biggest competitors at the racing track was BSA, which was also a big name in motorcycles.Sep 21, 2008
I am more of a 4x4 type of guy. Lift kits and big tires.
