Baltimore's Multi-strain Bonanza

I don’t currently own any BF game forgot to check the store last night as well :stuck_out_tongue: I do not have any BLOPS but I said I’m willing to buy so I wouldn’t mind buying number 2 I’ve played 1 and 2 so I know I like those. I obviously have PUBG :joy: I’ve got all the Forza games and UFC stuff like that but tbh game pass will have GOW for free for all of us and I’m down for that I haven’t played any of them for ages :ok_hand: either way though I’m happy to buy some new games to gain some gaming buddies

Posted a picture of my little cloning area. This bagseed is shocking me by how much weights it’s putting on and how vigorous it is. It’s sensitive to heat and windburn. So left side is my first clone attempt of the Bag Seed. Next is a Mr Sparkle D’S Green pheno I believe.
My NL clone closest to the front. It’s actually doing great. To the right and back a little bit is the new cutting from the bagseed. It’s gonna be a special plant.Uploading…

If this a hermie, which I believe it is. Ive never had a plant hermie in my life. Lights are tight. I knew the other day the buds look funny. 3 plants about to herm. My question is, how are my feminized plants gonna respond when nanners pop? I deffinitely didn’t need this shit. My exhaust system and everything is gonna have to be bleached. If thedes pollen spores on the they’ll probably continue to pollinate correct? I have the shittiest luck I swear to God.Uploading…

Firstly… calm down cuz there’s nothing yet to substantiate herms… Neither picture has uploaded… So until you’re sure, like absolutely sure, don’t freak out lol

PS
You need to wait for the code to show itself in the post before pictures work

I’m here and ready to offer some wisdom…

Let’s see some pics. But let’s not freak out

Don’t think this is a special female.

Here a shot of a ball I picked off…not the best.

I need smoke so. I’ll rock it out. If the pollen is in the air. I’ll need to clean the fans or spray the mechanical parts. Never had one of these. What’s the best option. Flowering since the 1st. Oh friggin well. I’m mad at myself for not keeping it simple.

I’m working on my auto box tomorrow. I need meds…I wonder if there’s pure indicas never crossed out? What would y’all do? And how would I completely get rid of pollen for next grow

If there aren’t many than pick off what you can see when you see it… If it was just one and on a node, that happens occasionally, just watch it closer

Also… Typically male flowers take 10-14 after first appearing to drop pollen… that shot looks like you caught it quick enough…

Even the ones you can’t see may give you 3 or 4 seeds but a couple seeds is better than not having any bud

First of all, pollen is only viable for a week. Second of all, water destroys it. No need to bleach and disinfect everything. I would suggest spraying down the flowers before plucking the “balls” off. That way the pollen is less likely to make seeds.

Worst case, you have to pick seeds out of your smoke like the good ole days. :+1::seedling:

Yeah. I just want smooth sailing unfortunately things happen. I see several more I’m gonna tweeZe. I’ll be better prepared next run. I learned a lot. I guess this another learning experience. Thanks y’all. I’ll pluck what I can.

Ok so that’s definitely a pollen sac. How widespread is it? Is it just occurring at the node or on the buds too? Just this plant?

How long do they have left? How long have they been doing this?

If only a couple weeks out I’d probably run it to completion, assuming the intersex trait is a new development.

If its a late catch, and you still have a few weeks left of flower. I would isolate it from other plants.

I would isolate it either way if possible.

Be checking the outside of your buds for swollen calyxes, and if you see them pluck them off and see how developed (if at all) the seed inside is. Pluck off the nanners and sacs as you see them with wet fingers and put them in water to kill the pollen.

Few important things to note:

Finish it. Even if its seeded as fuck it’s not going to take away from the medicine that’s already there.

Water and time kill pollen, not really necessary to bleach or any of that.

If it does get seedy, it’s much easier to separate mature seeds than little micro seeds.

Dont sweat it, my last herm crop was really bad but I still got plenty of smoke from it. Just had to pick the seeds out!

It’s getting frosty I went 12/12 on the first. Isolation can’t be done. I see what looks like pollen balls in the midst of calyxs. Vegged 60 days. Flipped the 1st. Stll got a month and a half to go. Like I said I know better next run. Hopefully my other plants don’t seed. Herm traits are passed down correct?

Oh well. Next time it happens I’m gonna yank it kill it. Smoke it is. Still sucks man. I did everything good. No light leaks, proper ph. W TF ever. Next run is gonna be a no nonsense run. Thanks for talks time and opinion.

Is it the bagseed?

Cuz I mean… Obvious reason why it hermed right there

Yeah, it’s going to be tough to keep on it for that long. Keep an eye out for pollinated areas of the plant as the worse areas will tell you where to look for pollen sources.

I’ll be checking in as you finish up! Btw it looks awesome!

No my bagseed is beast mode. I cloned the bag seed. Look how big the friggin colas gonna be. The hermie is a Mosca cross. There’s white seeds. I plucked what I could see. The bag seed was heat stressed. I got it dialed back in. Under the Hid is the suspect.

Same zhot but on the far left is the NL…

Too frosty to kill. Here’s the other BBG cross.

Frost early…

The true whiny baby came out of me :disappointed_relieved: I need @oleskool830 to drop a onward through the fog. I get my mind set on a particular path and then life says hello. I was really worried that pollen would stay viable on and in fans and whatnot.

Lol at least I’m ready for a seed run. I found out about pollen real quick. I was trying to cut a flower off a solo cup and I watched it fall in the bud below it. All slo mo. When it hit the leaf it splashed pollen. I took a nice cut from the NL an this random bag seed is beastly, so I haven’t lost anything except (my cool). My dude rifled through a 5gal bucket from CO. All I got was 2 seeds.

I have my auto going. I’m not sure how long long it has. The pistils are mostly white. I need a loupe damnit. Ive ran plants outside similar structure, strain, and pulled a few early only to have the other double in weight. I like couchlock but not to the point of thc degrading.

I personally don’t think weeks of transition are the same as “full on flowering” in the first couple weeks of 12/12. Of course all strains are not created equal. It’s a good way to keep track especially for a forgetful person like myself. Someone school me on proper flower times. Do y’all include every day of 12/12 in your finishing times? Just checking others methods. Sorry if I sound stupid. I’d rather ask than just wonder.

Thanks for everyone being so encouraging. I’m in the works of putting something special for the OG community. Fingers crossed it works out. Gonna have some mean testers.

Everything I grow is for medicine so I can use some of the plants for ingestibles. That’s been a major goal of mine. I love the bubble bags and dry ice technique. I’ll be reaserching extraction methods when the time is here. Now I have to start on my auto chamber today.

I figure 3 Autos under a table is probably perfect. 3 1/2’ tall by 3 1/2’ wide by 4’ long. I have 4…1gal pots should be straight for that space. 3 sounds right. This will be a cool project. I wanna run the bum wine autos lol.

Keeping busy takes that frustration away. I’m learning tons of useful info. Maybe that help me avoid pitfalls in the future. Just when I got the environment down. Aint funny how life works?
Really thank you to everyone here. Y’all get me through my day sometimes. Y’all be safe.

When growing from seed I count the first day of flowering when I see pistils. When growing from clone, I count from flip.

Technically its first day of 12/12 but breeder times are only rough estimates anyways Every plant will vary.
You do need a loupe.
One good thing is a bunch of bright white pistils indicates a lack of pollen. If pollen hits a bud those pistils start turning quickly.

Ahhh. Thanks bro. Makes sense honestly. I’m not super familiar with straight sativas, but the Finish times on some of those are ridiculous I’ve seen people claiming a hundred plus days of flowering. I guess that’s why I could never finish my brick weed seeds LOL.

Thanks for the awesome pick on the seeds bro everyone is beautiful super healthy. I need to soak some Pete pucks and get them out of the paper towel right now. Have a good one brother.

Yeah. My days of guerilla growing is over. Indoor is a whole nother beast. Shit happens and its not the end of the world. My personal life is encroaching on my growing and thats never good. Im missing things that are costing me.

If I’m gonna be serious about my growing I need to have the proper tools. Had no idea if I spent a couple more bux the ph meter with ec. temp and all that. I was rushing for real. I need to know how to fertilize properly and when to leave it be.

Keeping a log was never me. Them folks would have it laid out for them, but I’m not a kid anymore and this is for Real medicine so I want to grow the best medicine possibly with the things that I have and avoid mess-ups where possible.

Everything is still good. I’m just going to keep pushing forward and Let It Rock. I’ll get it Rome wasn’t built in a day. But I’m a persistent son of a bitch. enjoy the cool temperatures while it lasts. Later
