I consume a lot of Franks and Tabasco but Im starting to get board of it and would like to change up flavors I have a gallon of Franks I just bought so hoping by the time its done I should have some peppers to sauce

Have some habs, bell pepper, onion, garlic and some med size red peppers that are super hot. I grew several different superhots for a couple yearsā¦. Scorpions,Bhut jolokia, 7 put Primo to name just a few. Blend after fermintation. May add pineapple or mango when blending. And then pasteurize.

I canātā¦all I can say is the ones Iāve grown have been huge. Youāve created so many strains, I think youāre the only one who can answer that. Iād say to @Smooth pick one, itās probably a good one.

Thatās pretty smart. Wouldnāt have thought of it but thatās probably a really tasty seasoning cut with extra garlic powder after drying since you can never have enough of garlic IMO. Vampires would hate me.

The cheese is really nice and strong smelling. Definitely a stink coming off it, I love it.
